Successful extruding multi-lumen tubing is the most challenging task in the medical extrusion industry. FBK has over 50 ready to use multi-lumen tools, including the popular one eyed smiley. You could save the expense of retooling as we may already have what you are looking for. If not, then our expert development team of tooling designers, toolmakers and manufacturing personnel are here to work with your engineering staff to create your custom designed multi-lumen product in record time.
FBK Medical Tubing has developed a high volume production technology that heat forms pre - cut lengths of tubing into unusual, customer specified configurations. This technology allows our customers to design a straight length of tube into an angled tube or a "fill tube."
FBK's newest addition is our Precision Imaging Process (PIP). This system allows us to print any character in the Microsoft font library onto your tubing. The PIP process is compatible with PU, LDPE, HDPE, PVC, and Nylon, which are all thermoplastic materials. The imaging may be used for catheter, depth marks, part numbers, your company name and logo, lot numbers, arrows pointing up, down or sideways, +/- signs, and all Microsoft font library characters.Your choice of black, blue, green, and red ink colors that are all USP Class VI approved.

This is kind of off the beaten path. It's a very small business park in the middle of nowhere. There is possible parking in the lot as you first come in. I'm not sure if you're able to do an overnight because I actually live in Delaware so I was home. The lot is directly to your last if you go further down that is barricaded with concrete barriers so you cannot park.

This place was really fast to unload me but it is a little bit small and you have to blindside in. Also, when coming to this facility do not take the GPS route. It is incorrect and nothing over two axles is allowed. If you're going from the south or the north on Dupont Highway, go to Arrow safety Rd. and turn and then get on Route 9. Then you will make a right hand turn into the industrial park.
