Missouri Cancer Associates began in Columbia in 1982 as a small group practice of two physicians. Today we are the premier cancer treatment center in mid-Missouri. With two locations in Kirksville and Columbia, our medical team offers intentionally crafted and cutting edge treatments. MCA employs 130+ staff members.
Doctors and nurses at Missouri Cancer Associates put patients first through teamwork, excellence in practice, and compassionate care. These individuals are deeply and personally committed to finding and applying treatments and have devoted their careers to finding the most effective ways of helping individuals heal and defeat cancer in their lives. Make an appointment with one of our medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, genetics experts, or hematology professionals.
You can schedule an appointment with us at our Columbia, Kirksville, or Marshall locations by one of the methods below. We encourage you to bring another person with you to your first appointment. When you arrive at any of our locations, you will find convenient, easy access into our center, even if you require a wheelchair. Make an appointment with one of our medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, genetics experts, or hematology professionals.
My Care Plus offers convenient and secure access to your personal health record. My Care Plus patient portal is the system that allows access to your Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Chemotherapy records. Please be aware that anyone that has this information can access the information contained in your patient portal.

I want to share our story with the public. My husband met Dr. Andrew Iliff in October 2021. Thank God for Dr. Iliff, Nurse Practitioner Gail Calvert and his Nurse Robin. When I say the staff at Missouri Cancer Associates in Columbia Mo at Boone Hospital are genuine and caring you better believe it. My Doctor is in Kansas City Mo and I will not switch to another Dr. unless she leaves or retire.
But Dr. Iliff, his staff and Dr. Shafi are made from a different cloth as my Grandmother use to say. You know a lot of Doctors don't really take time to talk to their patient or try and get to know them as a individual, they send in the nurse and student have them to get your information and then he/ she comes in for 4 or 5 minutes and they gone to the next room.
You put in a call to your Doctor or his Nurse and you might here back within a week. But NOT with Dr. Iliff and the staff there. Robin will call you within 30 minutes to an hour, and I know they busy a lot of days, but you will get a call back right away. I think she calls sometimes between appointments. But you're going to hear from someone in that office.
I don't have enough space on here to express just how much we love Dr. Iliff and the staff. The ladies at the front desk when you check in, the ladies in the lab and Chyna who gets his weight and blood pressure, it's no words to express the care and love you receive from this office. Dr. Iliff and his Nurse Robin has even waited for my husband to leave one and appointment and get to his office.
That's caring about your patients. This Doctor and staff treat patients like they would want their relatives treated. They are truly amazing. Believe me we couldn't have gotten assigned to a better person/ Doctor. YOU ALL ARE A BLESSING SENT TO OUR FAMILY, THANK YOU ALL FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO FOR TONY.

Dr. Iliff and his staff went way above and beyond for my care and needs! The staff in all departments were caring, compassionate, polite and extremely professional! I would highly recommend him to everyone I know! I have Stage 4 lung cancer with mets to my bone. He took care of my every need and even through my tears he sat with me! I won't ever forget that!

I was treated as if I were the only patient. My care & concerns were addressed as soon as I had them. Everything was explained to me in a manner I could understand. I had one reaction to the chemo & nurses were right with me & had my Dr. on the line & he came to check on me. I don't think I would want to go anywhere else if I have a reoccurance. The volunteer I had on Wednesdays was superb. She was a survivor & just knew how to aid us. Many friends made there that made this horrible experience more tolerable.

There are not enough words to express the top of the line care I received and still receive! The entire staff is amazing, they are all a part of your treatment from the time you walk in the door to check in, to labs, the nurses and doctors, they just provide the total package for your battle with the big C. I am 6 years out from my initial diagnosis and even though I only have yearly checkups now my nurses still keep in touch! We are so blessed to have this clinic in our community!
