Advanced Radiology Of Columbia

I have issues with MRI's and in the past have had to have meds. The staff went above and beyond, talked me through the process and I made it. They are awesome!

Pretty busy when I got there but staff handled that very professionally. Everyone was very friendly and nice and I will definitely go back if needed. My e-ray of my neck was quick and I was in and out within 40 minutes. Highly recommended

I had two MRIs in December 2021 that were covered by insurance and they were very careful to insure they were covered prior to performing. A week later I needed a steroid shot which they were able to provide and for some odd reason they apparently didn't bother to confirm with insurance that the procedure was covered even though they told me it was.

Of course it was not covered and now I'm stuck with the bill. I thought they did an amazing job on both the MRIs and the shot but this is completely unacceptable. Communicating with their billing department now is futile. I will pay the bill but I'm sorry to say I will never consider Advanced Radiology for any future medical needs. If you are considering treatment with this group, be sure to check with your insurance PRIOR to treatment and DO NOT trust them if they say a procedure is covered.

The xray tec was amazing! This gal went to a tec school in Sedalia and from Fulton! she was top notch.

Even though I could tell they were very busy they still kept me on schedule. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and personable.

Checked in, got x-rays completed and out the door in just over an hour. Staff was great. Natalie was very professional and very easy on the eyes too.
