I would like to take this opportunity to recommend Dr. Heppe. He and his staff were so incredibly helpful and reassuring through every step of the way. I had abdominoplasty and liposuction. At 50 years of age I realized even with daily workouts and eating correctly, I couldn't get rid of the pesky belly fat. Being my first plastic surgery experience, Dr. Heppe and his staff were reassuring and incredibly professional every step of the way. This office is so helpful in helping you navigate all of your options and choosing the right doctor for you. Each appointment I've had has been extremely fast all while getting the job done correctly and making sure I'm fully satisfied before leaving the office. Dr. Bautista is the way to go! Not only does he exceed all expectations on all levels, he is so personable and confidential with what you share.

He made sure I was completely satisfied with what I chose to have done and with my final results. I had breast augmentation in September of 2021 and surgery went extremely well. I was up and walking with no pain medication shortly after surgery and back to work within 4 days. Recovery was very doable and efficient at that. I highly recommend this office and especially Dr. Bautista.

Dr. Heppe is an excellent plastic surgeon that surpassed my expectations. I got a tummy tuck, breast lift with reduction and lipo. I had joined a group for mommy make overs and had been seeing their posts and pictures. My tummy tuck scar is by far the best out of all of the others in that group from doctors all over the world. He got more off than I had thought he would be able to and the results are amazing.

Over all I could not be happier with the results. The staff here was extremely nice and friendly and they didn't judge or make you feel bad when you came in for consult or when coming in to get examined after surgery. Trust me you feel very vulnerable right then naked standing in front of them with all your flaws out there for them to see. But they made you feel less embarrassed to be in that state around them more and comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Heppe if you are looking to get any work done.

Dr. Bautista and his nursing staff took extra special care of me during a procedure that was a bit difficult for me, psychologically. I felt I was in the best possible hands and I'm grateful for his kindness, expertise, and patience with my ongoing complications. From the initial consultation to the "graduation" appointment I can't say enough about how happy I was that I chose this medical office and, in particular, Dr. Bautista. He was thorough with explanations, and took time to respond to my questions. Surgery experience was excellent and the outcome was exactly as he had predicted. Follow-up appointments were excellent - I never felt rushed - and Dr. Bautista answered all my questions with patience.

He continued with follow-up appointments until I felt confident that all looked good and had no further questions. Dr. Heppe is amazing. I had a very positive experience with him and his staff. They have a wonderful bedside manner. Everyone I spoke with was helpful, friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and professional. He gave me the impression that he cared about my comfort, well-being, and the final outcome of my procedure from the initial consultation. He was straightforward with what I should expect during and after the procedure.

He made it clear that I should follow his at home care instructions for the optimal result and outcome. I followed his instructions, and my procedure turned out better than I expected. I truly could not be happier with the results of my tummy tuck and breast lift. I was nervous about having surgery before visiting Dr. Heppe but he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and honest. I had my surgery the day before Thanksgiving and he even came into the office on Thanksgiving day to ensure I had my next day post surgery follow up visit.

Throughout the whole process until my last follow up, he was available to answer any questions I had and did so in such a great manner. Dr. Heppe has been the best doctor and has changed my life with this surgery.

It's taken me years to finally get the lower eyelid procedure I have been wanting but was too afraid to do. Dr. Heppe and his entire office team made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and answered every question, never making me feel rushed or pressured. My lower eyelid blepharoplasty came out even better than I imagined. The whole process from start to finish was exceptional. I have already recommended Dr. Heppe and his team to my friends. Excellent experience and thrilled with the results.

The staff was nice and Dr. Heppe was was kind and professional enough to meet us back at the surgery center late at night because I was worried about heavy bleeding the night after surgery. I only gave 2 stars because I did not like that they do not have a recovery room or give you time to wake up from surgery. I was wheeled out while still under full anesthesia and put in the car.

Which made it very difficult for my family member to get me out of the car and into the hotel by himself since I was still not awake. It was very unsafe to do that & It felt like they were just collecting money and pushing me out the door. I also pointed out to the doctor at my next day follow up about a large section of my lower stomach sticking out.

He advised me it was just swelling and would go down. Went to my 2nd follow up to have my drains removed and was told the same thing again. Almost 2 years later and it was never swelling. It is fat and loose skin that should have been removed as part of the surgery that I paid over 8k for. Not enough was taken off around my mid section AT ALL. I'm not happy with my results or scars left behind. Covid first hit at the next few follow ups scheduled and I haven't been back.

Will go elsewhere to have it fixed as I feel this shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. Dr. Heppe was very nice but his work was less than impressive and results were sloppy. Look elsewhere before spending that much money for a tummy tuck and lipo.

The results from my procedure were okay but not what was discussed or expected. Staff is great; post-op care could have been better. The decision to go forward with any procedure is difficult. The results did not make the recovery period, discomfort or cost worth while. Eighteen months out and I don't see much of an improvement in a procedure that should have "taken ten years off my appearance".

Dr. Aflaki is the best plastic surgeon, especially regarding breast augmentation! His 2021 award of top plastic surgeon in Northern Virginia is so well deserved. I am so impressed and satisfied with my breast augmentation. My breasts were so natural looking and full and perfectly round and sat in the right place immediately after surgery (please see my before and after pics below)!

No one new that I meet can tell I had any work! This is not always the case with other surgeons or breast augmentations I've seen. Dr. Aflaki is truly the best. My other friends who have gone to him have had the same experience as me! I love my new body! Changed my life! Thank you so much Dr. Aflaki!

The absolute best plastic surgery center in Fredericksburg! Dr. Heppe went above and beyond of what I expected out of him.

Go anywhere but here. I canceled my surgery a week before hand because I had unforseen issues. It was my understanding that I could use the deposit for other services or reschedule at a later date. I called and a receptionist told me that the money would not be forfeited and I could use for other services but I couldn't get it back. Which was okay because it wouldn't have been a loss.

I called back today to reschedule and was told that my money had been forfeited and I would have to pay the same $500 I paid 2 months ago. Im not understanding why they do business this way. I want to use their services but not if they don't honor what they said. I can understand if a lot of time has passed or if I wanted to completely cancel. But to take my money when I still wanted the service is mind blowing.

You missed out on $5000 for $500. Doesn't make sense. The lady today said she talked to me on the phone March 16th and that we had an understanding which is far from the truth. Had I known I was going to lose $500 I wouldn't have canceled I would have just rescheduled. I had other issues to take care of. For a buinsess to just take $500 when they would be getting more money from my surgery is disheartening. Update: office manager admitted that a lady Dana did say I could use the money.

But I was miss informed she said that the money had been forfeited. Asked if they would honor what the lady had told me they said no. No service was provided and they basically took $500 from me during a pandemic.

Dr. Aflaki and his staff were so friendly, I was always excited to see them again for my pre and post-op appointments. I will be able to look back at my experience here with joy because it was absolutely great. I will definitely come back in the future and would 100% recommend Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg for any type of surgery you are looking into. This clinic is very trustworthy with excellent customer service and incredible surgeons.

This was my very first experience with having any type of procedure done and I am extremely happy with the results. Dr. Aflaki is very patient and knowledgeable, and treats his patients with care and respect. I appreciated him taking the time to answer my questions and I felt completely confident knowing that the procedure would be done in his capable hands.

The staff there is very professional and kind as well. I had to reschedule my procedure, and was so relieved that they were understanding and empathetic to my situation. I would definitely recommend PSSF and Dr. Aflaki to any friend or family member.
