I had a breast lift, implants and lipo to inner and outer thighs and I am almost 2 weeks post op. Dr. Jacobsen was open, upfront with costs, expectations and outcomes. He's been easy to contact for simple questions I had a few days post op. He returns text messages promptly. He has a unique sense of humor and great attention to detail. He's been a great plastic surgeon for the procedures I had done.

I came to Dr. William Jacobsen's clinic with some nervousness (naturally). The staff and Dr. J himself were very helpful, calming and professional in every step of the way. The procedure itself was quick in my case, with Dr. J describing the steps for me, and the outcome was great. I highly recommend this clinic- professional, sensitive, patient with the patient - overall excellent experience!

Dr J is the best out there! He has done 2 procedures for me already & when I'm ready for another one I will use him! I'm so happy with the results & his team is amazing! They respond so quickly after your procedure when you have any questions or concerns. They are literally the best in Arizona. I highly recommend them for anything you want.

Dr Jacobson was reassuring, confident, and overall a consummate professional at what he does. Extremely happy that I was referred to his practice to handle my cancer surgery. He had the ability to turn a negative situation into a positive experience just on how he approached what was needed and explained fully what was going to be done.

Dr. Jacobsen has served as a guardian angel for my mother. He helped her out 15 years ago as a breast cancer survivor and brought her confidence levels up. 15 years later today, her cancer had returned and he was there to help in a moments notice and make time for her for a successful surgery and quick recovery. I'm thankful for him as he's helped my mother in states where she needed the most support and he ACTUALLY cares for his patients well being.

He's not your typical surgeon, he is truly a life saver and treats his patients as friends not just patients. God bless him, I hope he lives as long as possible and continues helping others as much as he's helped our family

Words will never describe just how horrible my experience was this doctor. Multiple surgeries, infection, medical gaslighting, patient blaming. I am still dealing with the physical and emotional trauma caused by this surgeon. If my story sounds familiar reach out.

This is a horrible doctor. Catastrophic results. Multiple infections, 4 surgeries in 3 months. RUN FROM THIS MAN. Unethical. He should not be practicing medicine. Don't believe the 5-star reviews. I had a procedure done with Dr. Jacobson and I have nothing but good things to say. He was very accommodating and attentive the whole way. He and his staff are very friendly and helpful. His office is clean and comfortable. I have nothing but good things to say about my whole experience. I am very happy with my results! I would and will go back again!

I originally had went to Dr J for a panniculectomy, however my insurance denied me. Decided to get a tummy tuck after and did not want to leave the state. The office staff as well as Dr. J were fantastic through the entire process. Dr. J's bedside manner was welcoming. Checked up on me when I got home from the hospital, responded after hours to any concerns I had. I would recommend Dr. J to friends and family. Would definitely use him again if I decide to have additional cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Jacobsen is a great surgeon. An expert in his field and such a kind-spirited human. I am very skeptical receiving health care because of my past experiences with doctors, but Dr. J was excellent. He was communicative, friendly, and professional. Even when there was a miscommunication with the hospital, he was still able to get me in for my surgery.

He made me feel seen for the skin condition that I struggle with, and he made me feel important and valued. As someone who has struggled with HS for over 17 years, it's just great to have someone who understands and works with you to combat the inflammation issues. Thanks Dr. J.

Elegant office and personnel. I needed some facial reconstruction, and it was actually a pleasant experience. Dr. J was personable and reassuring, provided detailed follow up instructions, and made himself available should I have any post op concerns. I knew of his reputation as an experienced and skilled surgeon, but this was better than I expected. By far the most positive experience I've ever had in a doctor's office. Warm and upbeat, they treat you like family. I enthusiastically recommend this physician.

As an anesthesiologist, I get to observe any number of surgeons at work in the operating room, and establish working relationships with many of them. I know firsthand who is good. Dr J is among the very best I have ever worked with. As far as I was concerned, he was my only choice. Nice job, Bill. Thank you!

I am writing this review as a wound care nurse practitioner who has collaborated with Dr. J, and I can honestly say that he is truly a talented, and caring plastic surgeon! As a wound care specialist, he is my "go to" for plastic surgery referral as appropriate. His vastly diversified skill set helps to significantly reduce the healing time, and assist in the aesthetics of complex wounds.

I have consistently received positive feedback regarding the care that he provides to our mutual patients. He is experienced, precise, responsive, dedicated, and has an excellent bedside manner.

My experience with Dr J has been Stellar from start to finish. From the initial appointment scheduling through the post surgery follow up contacts has been nothing but superlative. I am so so very thankful that I was initially referred to his office for my procedure. My only regret is that I only have 5 stars to award him and his office staff. Very very impressed. Yes, doctor J has earned and new raving fan! Kudos!

1 Wouldn't recommendl! Worst surgeon! Botched breast augmentation, panni, abdominalplasty resulting in doctor forgetting to perform abdominalplasty during initial surgery. Left in tears after 5 surgeries. To add insult to injury 6th surgery to remove implants due to multiple suture openings breast not set properly and implant exposed! This doctor only cares about money.

Will leave you disfigured and then send you a letter blaming you for the mishaps and make false accusations saying you were rude to hirn and his office! That is how he deals with avoiding the mess he leaves you in! He will fire you from his office! Over bill your insurance for surgical procedures not performed! Kimberly his/wife, office assistant will assure you you are in good hands.

Then she will treat you very rudely. Once you question this doctor as to correcting the mess, his time with you will become veiy short and Kimberly his wife will come to his aide to cut your appointments short! You have been warned! Lisa C Read

If you decide to go with Dr. Williams for breast augmentation, be prepared to have scars like this. This is after one year of surgery.

It's a dr office but there is no life person to talk to I called 2 times and all you hear is the dr answering machine, I filled the papers online and as others said only communication is per email and chat, I will not proceed with anything with them.

Was never able to even receive a quote for an extremely simple procedure. Waited over a week and a half and zero response even after multiple follow ups. If the business is this inept in providing a simple quote for services. Imagine how the important work or surgery might turn out. You are better served elsewhere. Staff is a joke. Don't waste you valuable time.

I was contacted several years ago to close out an outstanding balance. I was told if I maid a payment of I think it was around $100 they would close the account out. I made the payment. Since then I have been contacted by letter which I responded with that I closed this out with the last payment. no response. I just received a text today that they are sending me to collections.

I have closed this out already! Your staff needs to do their job! You couldn't get me to go back to this doctor's office. besides the poor care I received years ago and the staff this place is a joke!

Dr. Jacobsen and his staff are completely fantastic. His staff are very professional people: they run on time, they make eye contact, they are friendly and talk to people like individuals. Dr. Jacobsen was on time for my case in the OR - that's big for a patient. He is a conscientious doctor, who has healed a very angry wound first with surgery, then giving the tissues time to heal.

I am so happy with his care, and his availability to me as a patient. He answers his own emails, within minutes and he believes in healing a person, rather than completing a case. I have referred people to him for help with chronic wounds and infection, and I have given his card to surgeons who can run into chronic wounds in their practices. I will continue to refer people to this very talented surgeon.

What a blessing to have found him on referral. I thought that I could be doomed to tight compression in a wound center forever but that is NOT the case. Anybody with a chronic wound can benefit from Dr. Jacobsen's talent, skills, and experience. I cannot say enough good about this physician, and what a difference he has made in my life. Thank you Dr. J., and thank you to your staff.

Wonderful, peaceful office. Dr. J. Was on time for my surgery and had been available with every question I've had during my recovery. Highly recommend.

I don't usually leave 5 star reviews, but my experience with Dr. J couldn't have been better. The communication process during COVID was fantastic. I had heard he was the best surgeon for melanoma in the valley and that has proven to be true. Thank you again!

He was not only more than competent after removing cancer from the top of my husbands head, the surgery was done beautifully both cosmetically and medically. I give him all our thanks!

Run far away from this place- Dr Jacobsen is arrogant and gaslit me when I politely asked about my scab coming off too soon. I was dealing with an injury from a trauma and he had no empathy. Zero rating if possible

On Friday, 05/31/19, I left this doctor's office for my initial consultation without being seen. I arrived at 3:53 for my 4pm appt. and left at 4:35. (had already filled out my paperwork online!) There was another lady who arrived at the same time as I did, and she left at 4:30 cuz she couldn't wait anymore. And I thought to myself, good thing I'm not in a hurry so I can wait.

But then, another lady who arrived 10 minutes AFTER me was called back for her initial consultation BEFORE ME! When I went up to ask the front-desk gal why she was called back before me, she said that she can't help exactly when someone gets "time-stamped" in (since I guess she doesn't do that? so who does?) - and she said that "she must've been checked in before" me (and why is this?).

And when I said "wait, I'm confused, why was she checked in before me?" She replied again with, "I can't help when the medical assistant checks people in (and calls them I guess?)." Wow, what a way to make a person feel valued! So I sat back down and thought about how the fact that maybe since I didn't make smalltalk with the front desk gal that might've been used against me?

Since the lady who came in 10 mins. after me talked about lipstick colors with the gal and I didn't, so i guess they liked her better? I don't know. Then I thought about some Yelp reviews that weren't good, and did I want to have to deal with this office double and triple-booking appt. times w/mine in the future (if I continued to go there), so I just left without saying anything cuz I was mad and felt utterly disrespected (although they probably don't even care). Do yourself a favor and find a different plastic surgeon's office, this one sucks in my opinion!

I called 5x, left 2 messages for appointment confirmation. No response. Beware: This office DOES NOT answer their phones at all. They state is is more "efficient not to".? Disappointed with such an unorganized, inefficient front office. Will be following up with another Dr who actually communicates with their patients for post opp.

Beware! This doctor over promises and under delivers! When concerns/issues are brought up, he immediately gets defensive and his whole demeanor changes. Dr Jacobsen is a prideful, arrogant doc who lacks empathy and the ability to own up to his mistakes. Trust me, stay away!

There is no doubt Dr. Jacobsen is a skilled plastic surgeon. My dermatologist sent me to Dr. J following a procedure to remove a basal cell under my eye. I was pleased with the end result. HOWEVER, my first appointment I was the first patient of the morning and had to wait close to an hour. I passed it off as perhaps they were in surgery and just delayed. Follow-up appt. was at 2pm---from my house to the office is almost a one hour trip.

I arrived 15 minutes early. Two other people in the waiting room.person ahead of me had 1:15 appt. At 3:30pm I was still waiting.with a husband and 4 year old in tow! At 3:45pm I was called back to the procedure room where I waited another 20+minutes for a 2 minute removal of stitches. Now in 4 o'clock rush hour traffic we got to head home. BTW.four other patients left in a huff because they had met their wait limit of one hour and had other places to get to.

I worked for 6 years in a very busy OB/GYN office and the rule was 2 time slots left open morning and afternoon so there was minimal backlog. To say the least, I would have to think a very long time about setting an appointment at any other time of day than 9am in this office. My time has a value also.

Dr. Jacobsen is wonderful! I had such a good experience here. My dermatologist found a suspicious mole on the top of my nose that wound up having to be removed. I ended up having to have four procedures in less than two months! Dr. Jacobsen is very knowledgeable and very patient in explaining procedures. He is also a great surgeon because after being cut four times in basically the same spot there is no scar at all!

The office staff is also nice and exceedingly helpful. Even the office is soothing and not the worst place to sit and wait. Be prepared to wait, though. I've had to wait for up to an hour after my scheduled appointment time to actually get seen.

After going through so many different doctors who weren't able to get the job done, we finally found someone who could not just do it but do it well. Tracy and the doctor were amazing! They make sure their clients are comfortable at all times and answered any questions we had. Definitely recommend this office.
