Some of our services and procedures are done in the office and some may have to be done in the hospital or in an outpatient setting. We use technologically advanced equipment and techniques so that we can give our patients the best care in the most medically effective way possible and with the least disruption to their everyday lives. We are all board-certified MDs, and that's who you will see when you come to visit us for nose and sinus care. You will consult with an attentive and experienced ENT professional who will give you the care you need for whatever ailment you have. Breathing easily is important, so take care of yourself by coming to see us.
The sinuses are air-filled spaces behind the forehead, cheeks, and eyes. In healthy sinuses, mucus drains out and air is able to circulate. Sinusitis describes a swelling (inflammation) of the sinuses that can lead to blockages and prevent mucous from draining properly. This can lead to a sinus infection diagnosis when you see the doctor.

I have been a patient with North Fulton ENT for 15+ years. Dr Schottenfeld and Dr Conger have both performed surgical procedures on me. They are both super professional and some of the nicest people you can will ever meet. Denise in the office makes you feel so welcomed. I love this place and I am never leaving. If you need an ENT specialist for anything (I have gone for a variety of reasons) then this is the place to go to!

This office is more concerned about billable procedures that they are problem resolution. The front desk person wanted to schedule me for procedures that were not needed or had no bearing on my problem. Then when I pressed her for why these procedures were needed she said they are routine. Patients beware this place is definitely motivated by money!

Dr. Khichi was very nice and made me feel listened to as a mother worried about her child. Unfortunately his staff is the reason this place gets 1 star. My child needs surgery and I have been waiting a week and a half for someone to call me to get it scheduled. I have called and left messages for the surgery coordinator and I have called and left a message for the office manager. NOBODY has called me back. All I want is for my child to start feeling better and nobody in this office seems to care. At this point its horrible customer service and just plain rude.

Dr. Conger and the entire North Fulton ENT practice are the best. My 3 year old son and I are both patients and I'm thrilled to recommend their office(s) to anyone looking. The office staff, nurses and audiologists are kind, professional and prompt. Dr. Conger is an excellent diagnostician-he diagnosed and explained my need for sinus surgery very thoroughly and put me at ease with his knowledge, personal surgical statistics and compassion.
Despite sinus surgery not being the most pleasant experience. I feel I was given the best treatment possible and expectations for pre and post surgery were very clearly communicated. I'm still healing, but I'm already breathing much easier than before surgery and sleeping more soundly. I was so impressed with North Fulton ENT that when my son was in need of a specialist, I didn't hesitate to have him seen here.
Once again, they were prompt and professional in getting him diagnosed, with a treatment plan and great explanation of what to expect. My son had decreased hearing from fluid in his ears and needed tubes. Initially, the thought of surgery on my 3 year old sounded very scary, but Dr. Conger put us at ease (just as he did with my case) and explained how routine and simple the procedure is.
He is equally excellent with pediatric patients-my son loves "seeing mommy's nose doctor." I'm grateful that I have found such outstanding medical care in the Atlanta metro area. There's no shortage of great scientists and surgeons, but what truly sets a great medical provider apart from the rest is genuine care and compassion-and I've definitely experienced that from North Fulton ENT!

Dr Khichi is absolutely one of the best! Always takes time to talk with me, answer questions, and really gets to know you and what you need. He recommended a solid plan and completed my sinus surgery perfectly. I healed faster than expected and have been so much happier with my sinuses for over 2 years. Would highly recommend Dr Khichi.

Dr. Khichi is hands down an amazing ent doctor! He took such great care of my dad with his ent issue and will continue to care for my dad. We trust Dr. Khichi's opinion completely. My dad had gone through many doctors for his issue and we didn't feel at ease until my dad became a patient of Dr. Khichi! Dr. Khichi and his staff are AMAZING! After 6 months of different antibiotics for chronic ear infections, I was referred to him and he cured my problem with his first recommendation! Also, he built a plug for my septum that had a hole from an aggressive cauterization years ago, and it fits perfectly and its relieved all the annoying symptoms I was experiencing from this. The whole staff is incredible, and Dr. Khichi is excellent at what he does!

Dr. Khichi is a brilliant doctor who is kind and compassionate to his patients. He listens and gives you options for treatments of your condition. He was the only doctor to take the time to find out why I had been so congested for months instead of just dismissing it as allergies. I trust him to perform my sinus procedure and look forward to being able to breathe again.

As someone in the medical profession, when meeting other doctors, I hold them to a certain level of expectation. Without any hesitation, I strongly recommend and respect Dr. Sunny Khichi. He took care of my dad, one of the most important people in my life in much the same way I would have cared for him myself. He was compassionate, patient, and most importantly, very knowledgeable in all aspects of my dad's care.
