Services
We have been providing medical services locally for more than twenty years. Doctor Jeevana Krishna, a board certified, award winning physician has been practicing for 27 years and is the lead physician at Cumming Family Medicine. Dr. Amit Dua, Dr. Uma Jamched, and Dr. Hema Byrapuneni provide both inpatient care at the hospital and outpatient care at our clinics.
Dr K. and the staff at CFM rocks! In one visit they took care of all of my new school requirements for medical records, vaccines and physicals. My family and I have been patients of Cumming Family Medicine for many years. Not only do they take care of my wife and I, they also care for our 3 kids 1 to 12 years ol.
What if my insurance covers my annual exam, but I have a problem I would like my doctor to treat at the same time?. Because your health care is your doctor's primary concern, your doctor will be happy to address any additional concerns. If the doctor needs to provide additional treatment or information about your additional concern, you may receive an additional charge.
Cumming Family Medicine wishes to be your family medical care. To best serve you, we need information that will assist us in making your visits with us convenient. Cumming Family Medicine physicians understand that some patients may appreciate having the opportunity to fill out our patient forms in the comfort of their own homes, where they have the time to complete some of our more detailed sections at their own pace. Our patient registration forms are available for download for those who feel more comfortable filling out the forms at home.

I really love Dr. Jamched and the rest of the clinical staff here. I called 5 times (or more) to speak to the office manager Martha trying to rectify a billing issue. I finally got a hold of Martha and how rude she was. She didn't want to take responsibility for their error and wanted to quickly pass me off to the nurse. I mentioned that I called 5 times with no results and she began to get loud (in a nice nasty way) and wouldn't let me get a word in.
I then asked to speak to Dr. Dua (because I know Dr. Jamched is on vacation) and she said she "will not allow me to talk to anyone." Because of Martha I'm filing a complaint with the state. One of the office managers duties is to try their best to deescalate or dissolve a situation, that didn't happen here. No patient should ever be spoken to the way that she spoke to me.

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Krishna. At Cumming Family Medicine, we are treated with respect and curtesy. We feel that our health is of utmost importance to Dr Krishna and we leave feeling well taken care of. I think the best part about being patients of Cumming Family Medicine is that we can call in when sick and the staff tries very hard to work us in that very day.
That is almost unheard of in the world of medicine today. We are made to feel that we are "just a number" in most walks of life, but the personal care and attention given us by Dr. Krishna is a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!

Dr Campbell is an extraordinarily gifted and generous physician with a superior fund of knowledge. She has been so incredibly gracious in sharing her knowledge and experience with me as I am embarking on a similar journey to hers in her integrative practice. I came here for cold/flu symptoms. They had pretty quick availability day of and was seen close to my appointment time. I am in here now for a 9:20 biometric screening, my appointment time is 9:20AM. We will see how this visit goes and see how this second visit goes and how close to my appointment time they get . The place needs some updating, but not too bad. I think they have been around for a while!
