This is not a helping hand! This is cash making hands. The management has no responsibility at all. They cancel and move things as they wish. But God forbid you call when you kids are sick. They can't keep appointments. They can't renew services in time. They don't even care when you talk to them. Not even a Sorry. We use to have all service with them for our son. We will never go there again! The worst place ever.

The owner here is very rude and lacks professionalism in regards to special needs children. She called and assumed without speaking to her staff of an incident with my child. Instead of taking accountability of a lack of training. Please notate who you speak with for any concerns. I will list here why you should pick somewhere else to go. 1. If your child has SN and needs OT and has sensory issues pls find a place that has therapists that are certified in sensory integration.
For 2 years i requested help with this and all they could do is give me sheets of paper from the internet eventhough they kept saying they knew how to work with OT of which they didnt. I took my kid to another OT specialty office that was certified and they questioned the quality of therapy my child was getting due to this. 2. Their secretary when she first started called babies cant wait to get my speech cancelled after we had a friendly convo about aba and she told me she was vehemently against it.when i called babies cant wait the coordinator confirmed a helping hands rep called them to advise this and apologized thaf she had no reason to go out of her way to do that.
My speech thankfully was never cancelled. My baby was newly diagnosed and i had no idea at that time aba was such a heated issue. 3. Lack of transparency. The owner calls and yells at me not recognizing her staff fave the wrong info or made a wrong decision about a question my husband asked Instead of calling to ask.i was berated after two years of goijg to this place told i wasnt an involved parent.
If you just need an in and out place go here. But if you want a therapist that really understands sensory issues and is able to work on that instead of just felling you to get a vest and or trampoline go to a place where therapists are certified in sensory integration. I wasted 2 years going here thinking they need what they were doing. If you need to find out who is go on the website online to confirm any therapist has certification.
Again always get a name and be transparent. Cos their staff isnt even aware of their own policies and will blame you. And the owner is not aware or accountable to her staff not knowing policy and will blame you for it.

My son has ASD and SPD. This place is amazing. They pay attention to the details of your child's progress, the therapists know how to challenge your child without pushing them too hard, and you see real results. God bless this place, they will be there for your child and help you understand your child in new ways. We love Mrs. Julia for speech and Mrs. Pam for OT. We look forward to every Monday & Wednesday!

I have been taking my son with ASD here for over a year son for speech and OT. Ms Tracy, Jennifer, and Kelita are the best! They are truly care about these kids and I can see so much progress! I really appreciate how helpful and flexible they were with helping work out a schedule that would work for us too. Highly recommend this office to anyone.

Mrs Julia is amazing! My son has been going to her since last fall 2019. In my first impression of her, it was already apparent how warm-hearted she is and that she genuinely cares for what she does. In her sessions with my son, she honestly goes over and beyond in looking for different techniques based upon what she knows my son likes to get him engaged, etc. Mrs. Julia obviously has a passion for what she does and I hope she knows that shes making an impressionable difference with the kids she works with.
Speech language pathology is a profession that requires patience and immense listening capacity, good communication and language skills and flexibility. Again, she goes over and beyond. We are really blessed to have her as our therapist. The Helping Hands Pediatric Therapy staff is always pleasant and professional. The waiting room is always clean and neat. Any misunderstandings in regard to appointment scheduling or rescheduling is pleasantly taken care of. We love you guys! Thank you!

I absolutely Helping Hands! Being a first time mom is tough and when I learned my daughter had difficulty communicating and expressing I felt lost. Special thanks to Tracy & Pam. Because of their teachings I saw drastic improvements in six months. My daughter has/is coming into her personality. She challenges herself. She's 4 now and loves school and social events. Total 360 from where we started. I'm grateful because all of the HH family is there to assist. They've become part of our family.

I did love the work they was doing with my daughters speech, However after Mrs Kaitlyn left it's been down hill. Sending wrong appointment times via text. The following week they set my daughters appointment time to 12:30pm and we sat in the waiting room from 12:30p to 12:53pm and still was not called back! The worst part of it was we were the only ppl in the waiting room.
