Fusion Sleep Atlanta is the best medical practice I've ever had. Dr. Riney has worked through all my apnea issues and has given me back the gift of a good night sleep. She is a wonderful caring doctor with a palpable empathy for her patients' well being. Beth the receptionist was the first person I met there and she too is just the best. It is so nice to talk to someone who has been in that position since I started and knows me and my history. Tameka, my nurse/tech, is super friendly with a great sense of humor. Like many other reviews I've been not been able to contact fusion sleep. I have been under their care for over 6 years and never had any issues until the beginning of this year. I submitted a supply request months ago and never heard anything. My machine stopped working with cell data since it was old and I did reach someone about that and was told to get a new machine.

I had an appointment to set that up. that was 4 weeks ago and I have yet to hear anything about a new machine or even new supplies. It's been MONTHS of me requesting some new supplies and I can't get ahold of anyone in the office. Fusion sleep used to be so good and a shortage of workers just doesn't seem like it should be this bad.

Love, love, love Dr. Riney! She is so caring, sweet, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. Fusion Sleep is fortunate to have such a wonderful doctor working for the company. If you're looking for an excellent sleep doctor, you must call Fusion Sleep. Not only is the doctor outstanding, but the office staff is great as well! Can't say enough great things about the office near Northside Hospital!

I am changing my review of Fusion Sleep that I posted yesterday. Following my review, I was contacted by a Fusion Sleep Patient Advocate. Based on the promptness and sincerity of the Patient Advocate's call, along with her thorough and reasonable explanation of the technology and personnel issues they have experienced- I feel comfortable in improving my previous rating to 5 Stars.

I beleive that Fusion Sleep is making efforts and progress to improve their service and issues I experienced and based on that I am changing my rating. Previous Review: Have been a patient of Fusion Sleep for several years and am now looking for a replacement provider! Have been attempting for several days to make an appointment for an annual follow up with Fusion Sleep and have yet to connect with anyone!

Have attemped twice on the Fusion Sleep Patient Portal under the Schedule and Appointment selection with no response and have left multiple unanswered voice mails on their phone system. I have used their phone answering system to the point I have memorized their prompts. Enough of their COVID response, Atlantas Premier Sleep Specialist Clinic and listen carefully because our prompts have changed blah, blah, blah! I simply want to make an appointment and speak to a human! Forget it with Fusion Sleep. Pretty sure it will be a waste of your time!

They are very friendly and helpful and made sure the zoom meeting worked and connections was working. The doctor was super helpful and was listening to my concerns and explained them.

Like the other complaints, I called and left a message and 4 days later no call back. I called again but it goes to voicemail. If this is their level of quality of care for the most important and basic function of their (any) business, communicating with customers, I wouldn't trust them with more complex functions that involve my health.

Good response until I got my PAP equipment, but have not called me back after messages saying I wanted to try a different mask. 10 days is a long time to wait for a callback.

The doctor who saw me and the sleep technician were absolutely amazing and highly knowledgeable. They were both very thorough and patient, and the sleep lab was extremely clean and organized. It was the best experience I have had with a sleep medicine organization. Don't hesitate to get your sleep diagnosis here, it doesn't get better than this place.

This company is a scam. Doctor set me up with a "consultation" which was really just a 10 minutes sales video call. Provided my insurance prior to this but they claimed to not have received it so I gave it to them again. Wanted to sell me more services but I told them I needed them to check with my insurance first before I would consider it and file the "consultation" with them.

For more than a year they've been trying to bill me $400 for this and regardless how many messages I leave them (they never answer the phone) they've never filed it with insurance. I believe they are attempting to bill me for services I never received which is illegal. Predatory and shady company, avoid them!

I am a new patient that had my appointment moved to a virtual appointment. I was promised an email with instructions 2 days ago. I have called 6 times and all I get is the voicemail. not sure if they are worth doing business if I cannot even get a simple call back.

If I could rate them half a star I would, as I met with Dr Pitts back in December 2021 (virtual) and he ordered a sleep study and no one from his office has called me back to schedule after leaving several messages for an appointment. I was referred by a colleague to FusionSleep and it has been terrible so far.

For EIGHT consecutive weeks I have been calling and leaving 1-2 messages per week to resolve air pressure and mask issues related to a c-pap. Does anyone work there? This is well beyond unacceptable for a medical office, it's cruel to the patients who rely on you. I am a new patient and need my air pressure adjusted (since I can't change it myself) and feel like I can't breath when trying to sleep. Please, do not say it's a staffing shortage because a delayed response or email would be reasonable but no resolve in 8 weeks. unreal. 2 months ago, I ordered a new mask and was sent the wrong one. Seems like an easy fix, right?

In the 8 weeks I've been calling, I actually received a call back on 12/08/21 from "Ebony" who left a message saying my air pressure would be increased and I don't qualify for a free mask. The air pressure was NEVER increased and I wasn't asking for a free mask, I was trying to get your mistake fixed. I was sent the wrong mask and I need the right one.

My primary doctor reached out to Fusion because they refer a TON of patients (like me) there. She was lied to and was told they were reaching out to me that day, 22nd of December. Clearly, I still haven't heard from them. I am at a loss and don't know what my options are. I cant control my device, I can't order parts online, and I can't get the decency of a call back from Fusion. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Facilities are nice but they are badly understaffed. They "lost" our info and wouldn't contact me for weeks after leaving messages both online and voice mail. It's been 2 months since the sleep study and they still don't have a solutions. I would not recommend using them. Plus every phone call with the sleep specialist is $50, but nobody else will talk to you. Extremely frustrating to deal with.

This place is a joke. Do not trust them with your health. They gave me the runaround for three months and pointed fingers the entire time. I'm starting over with a new provider and we've accomplished more in a week than I have in 3 months with Fusion Sleep. It's truly a shame.

If virtual works for you that's all you'll get from these people. I have a new APap and nobody to help me with the negative results, like more apnea events with equipment than without. When you call you hear a message that they have unusual call volume and to leave a message but never get an opportunity. MyAir app has lots of slick videos but none that address my issues.

I see one of their local offices has closed. Maybe they are going out of business. The two locations I visited were large but mostly empty. If you think you might need to speak to a real customer care person, forget this group.

Update to my review of one month ago. Talk about turning a negative situation into a happy one. After my initial frustration, and this company reading the post, they had Anishka reach out to me and follow me every step of the way until I was able to get an appointment. That appointment was last night at 10 PM for a sleep study. Cristin, the technician, could not have been more professional and nice while explaining every single aspect of what I could expect and what was coming up next.

The facility was very clean and accommodating. There was another gentleman technician there last night who was also very nice and helpful. Unfortunately I failed to get his name but he was the only other staff member there so it should be easy for them to figure out and send my thanks as well. The only suggestion I would offer is to be clear on the directions getting to the facility.

When I arrived last night at the address given, the building was dark with no cars. Naturally I was skeptical. When I called the number they directed me to the correct building within the same parking lot. It seems there are two buildings. One is their offices and one is the actual sleeping clinic. When you turn left into the parking lot the clinic is straight back on the left with a blue light in the window. I appreciated their security of having to ring a bell to get in at that hour. Thanks again for turning a negative into a positive!

This company is not worth dealing with! You cannot get anyone to answer the phone and the incorrect information about payment and billing is wrong. I was told my CPAP machine would be covered 100% and so far billed 200 and 122.88 per month. They said it was purchased but now charging rental for 13 months which adds up to 1580.00! I can buy outright with no insurance help a new machine that is the same for 800.00. They are now avoiding my calls and sending me to voice mail. I do not recommend them for your services

I loved the convenience of virtual appointments with the sleep clinic. I was able to attend the appointment from home and then had the option of sleep study In clinic or at home. I decided to go into the clinic for more detailed study. The staff that night was great and the nurse was excellent. She was personable and made me Feel at ease. I was able to do my follow up from home and was surprised at my detailed results. Overall it's been a good experience.

Just to update the public on this review the refund that was promised to be overnighted on January 7 still has not been received. I'm not sure what it means to overnight something in the sate of Georgia but where I from that means to be received the next day. So, you can see this clinic has failed once again on their promises. Today is January 9 I gave them 2 days to follow through with their promises knowing they probably wouldn't be met but I was giving them the opportunity to come through but they failed so please just think twice before Chosing this company for your medical needs.

Horrible service, staff has a nasty attitude as if you are bothering them if you can even get ahold of them, constantly sent to voicemail and never get return calls, billing is a complete joke, medical records staff is extremely difficult. Finally switched to another doctor and had to call them 5 times to get ALL of my records sent to the new Dr. They play a game where they send partial records just to be difficult and make you miserable.

Be careful when paying for your CPAP. They do not understand insurance policies and told me I could pay in full without going through insurance. A couple months later, I realized I was being billed monthly for the machine. After a long time on the phone I was told paying without insurance was not an option. Very frustrating experience. Verify everything they tell you when paying for anything. Medical service provided is fine.

I was diagnosed with a pretty sever case of Sleep Apnea. From day one of using the device, I emmediately noticed positive results in how I felt the next day. I no longer "needed" to to take a nap every afternoon and I no longer fell asleep in the early while while watching TV with my wife. My body also felt better overall. My acid reflux problem has also seemed to have diminished and while I am not positive this had anything to do with my new device, I can tell you that the change occurred only after I started using the machine. I no longer snore anymore and wife is very happy!

Fusion Sleep diagnosed me with Narcolepsy and my quality of life has improved by so much ever since. Dr. Riney is the BEST. She listens to my concerns and cares about ensuring that I'm living my best life. She's extremely empathetic and always on top of things. I referred my aunt to her when I noticed that my cousin has symptoms similar to mine. After his consultation, they were raving about how awesome she was. You truly cannot get a better sleep doctor than Dr. Heidi Riney!
