When you walk into the Northside office, it is beautiful and very appealing. It resonates beauty, artistry, and class. All of the staff was very warm and friendly. They made me feel completely at ease prior to my procedure. Dr. Alexander is very personal and talks to you as an equal and not merely as her patient. This was my first time having plastic surgery. I'm very pleased with the results of my procedure.

All the staff at the office is so amazing! Dr. Ashraf made me feel so comfortable and 5 min into my consultation I knew she was the doctor for me. She knows exactly what she's doing, I wouldn't want to go to anyone else!

My wife, Rose had reconstructive surgery and all the staff was very nice to her and considerate. She followed instructions and has been very pleased with the outcome and the surgeon Dr. Ashraf it's very good at what she does. Thank you so much for making her feel good about herself.

I had arrived from the U.K. to visit my daughter and was researching good plastic surgeons that had years of experience. I made 2 appointments with 2 different surgeries with female surgeons. I was nervous on my first appointment to Artisan I did not know what to expect and I'm generally a shy person especially with my body. This changed as soon as I arrived at my appointment, the staff were very warm, friendly and inviting, I instantly felt at ease.

When I met Dr Alexander she listened to my needs and She explained what she could do. I specifically wanted a female surgeon who would understood a woman's body and I would be comfortable having them preform surgery on my body, eg face, neck lift and breast implants removed with a breast lift, these are major surgery's and I wanted someone I could trust to do a job that I would be happy with ( not just say ok and take my money ) I wanted other things done too, she gave me honest professional advice, and made some suggestions that made more sense and again was best for me and my body.

I have booked for the first surgery 29th sep and will do 2nd later. I have done research and have read many reviews and feel confident that I am in the best hands. Ps Lauren her assistant was very helpful as any questions I had I could contact both of them either by phone or email they both gave me quick responses. I did not go to the 2nd female surgeon, I cancelled as I had found the right one. I will post again once my surgery is completed. I am Looking forward to my pre op appointment.

I had surgery with Dr. Ashraf 6/25/2021 she did an absolutely amazing job far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Ashraf is easy to talk to she actually listens to you when you speak. All of the staff at Artisan Plastic Surgery o in both locations are super helpful and kind going above and beyond to help. I highly highly recommend Dr. Ashraf and Artisan plastic surgery.

Mixed feelings. Went in for a consultation for 360 liposuction with Dr. Ashraf. The consult lasted less than 10 minutes. Basically was told she does not specialize in liposuction and does more mommy makeovers instead. Told me to find another surgeon for the procedure because I would not be happy with the results she could provide. While I appreciate her honesty and she seemed very nice and sincere, I would recommend Artisan Plastic Surgery do a better job of training their staff.

I would have appreciated being told what the doctor does or does not specialize in over the phone when I called to schedule the consultation. I ended up driving an hour and a half roundtrip for a 10 minute consultation in Johns Creek only to be told sorry I can't help you.

The entire staff at Artisan is great! They are friendly and make you feel so welcomed. The office itself is beautifully decorated and clean. I have used Dr. Ashraf more than once and referred her to several friends and family. She is hands down the BEST!
