I went to see Dr. Chevalier for a consult and I left there feeling confident that he was the right surgeon for me. He was thorough in his explanation and answered all of my questions. Needless to say, I scheduled my appointment with him and I was very happy with the results. He did an excellent job on me and I highly recommend him. The girls at the front desk, Meagan and Sarah, are very sweet and helpful. The office is outdated but don't let that deter you from making your decision. Dr. Chevalier is an excellent doctor.

Absolute worst experience! Don't waste your time! Estheticians in this practice are absolutely useless, and there is no effort made to "truly learning your craft" at this office and they have no communication or training with the plastic surgeon himself. Tried to get a chemical peel here and wasted 2 visits with no results! What a waste of time

I went for a breast reduction consultation and left his office feeling DISRESPECTED and discouraged. The doctor had ZERO bed-side manor. He didn't acknowledge anything I told him and when I asked questions he was very vague - I had to pry to get a real response to anything. It felt like the consultation was an inconvenience to him. I found him to be very disrespectful too.

At one point I had to remove the paper "shirt" and he snatched it, ripping it. When he was done, instead of letting me cover up again, he continued to talk and then opened the door - potentially exposing me to the whole staff right outside. I had to rush to turn around and cover up with something. The office itself was very dirty/outdated. The chairs in the room were all stained and the paper from the last patient was still on the table.

The staff were nice enough, but unprofessional - laughing and joking loudly behind the desk. I would never let this person come near me with a knife. Luckily for me, after a month they had still not sent my request to my insurance, so it was easy for me to find a different doctor. I found a professional doctor, with a hard-working staff, who did an amazing job.

While Dr. Chevalier was a professional and had good bedside manner, something else could be said of the staff that works in the billing department. The procedure itself took something in the neighborhood of 15 minutes but cost myself and in the insurance company what would be a new car. When asked about a bill that rolled in nearly 4 months later, the billing department response was that if you have a question about the billing and what the hospital covered speak to the insurance company. don't mind paying the additional amount but why does it seem that the hospital and doctor would charge for the exact same thing? telling me they don't know why the charge is on both billing statements is not a good answer

During Covid, no temperature taken, no appropriate spacing of chairs, no hand sanitizer and doctor did not wear a mask until I asked him to. He questioned my own mask (N95) and asked why I was concerned during a pandemic. I found his behavior unprofessional and his office unsanitary.

Dr. Chevalier is an amazing doctor, has Great bedside manner and personality, with a sense of humor Which I truly appreciate. His front office Megan and Sarah are probably the best in any field I've seen so far. Dr. Chevalier and these 2 ladies respond so quickly to paperwork Even my insurance company Hartford noticed how quickly paperwork was submitted. That is saying a lot in itself.

Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with Dr. Chevalier. I went to a consultation after explaining to the receptionist (the kind women of the office are really the only reason for 2 stars) that I was looking for a breast lift, possible reduction. I was a big over producer when breastfeeding and my breasts remained large but deflated and I've suffered from large breasts, back pain, neck pain, etc from a very young age. Dr. Chevalier almost immediately dismissed my pain, by saying he has scoliosis as well so that wasn't a good reason to get a breast reduction.

I explained how I had a back brace for over 5 years and attempted chiropractor/PT for a while. He kept explaining the technicalities of the procedures, without actually making any professional recommendations of what I should get for my desired results. He kept talking over me and asking me to convince him I need a reduction even though I was just doing exactly what his receptionists told me to do.

I wasn't actively trying to get anything covered, I just wanted to have certain results and if insurance were to cover it as well as help my symptoms, I would be grateful. But that I wanted to get specific results, regardless of coverage. I even mentioned a tummy tuck and he completely disregarded that and kept going back to the reduction. Just feels like they want insurance to pay, even though I was fully and ready to pay for everything myself.

This kept going around in circles, I asked him for his specific/personal recommendation based on the results I told him I wanted and he kept going back to the reduction and insurance. I really wanted to like him because my mom as well as others ranted and raved about him but I felt so disrespected and not listened to. He apologized when I told him this but the consultation already felt like a dead end. Very disappointed.

I meant to write this review months ago, I had abdominoplasty for Diastasis Recti in September of 2019. Dr Chevalier in addition to being a skilled surgeon is incredibly kind and compassionate. He made me so comfortable with the entire process from consultation to post op appointments. His office staff is wonderful. They are the nicest in the medical industry that I have personally encountered. They also put me at ease about my decision. I made the right choice I am very happy with everything. Thank you so much to Dr Chevalier and staff!

2016 I was bitten by dog. My lower lip was ripped in half. Dr Chevalier repaired my lip in ER. I completed follow up in his office. I had a beautiful recovery. I can't thank Dr chevalier enough for an awesome job.

I had botox, first time ever, for crows feet. I went on March 21st. I have very crinkly, thick crinkles, (Celtic genetics I guess )and they bothered me enough to get botox. I was very scared but he knows what he is doing. His staff is sweet and efficient. He has a comforting mannerism. I drive 45 mins to see him. I went for my 2 week follow up yesterday and got lip filler juvederm. I wont write a review on that until the two week check up and top off.if needed.

I can't begin to tell you how awesome Dr. Chevalier and his staff were. When I first walked in last year I was a little bit nervous however they were welcoming and made the entire process seamless. In March of 2018 Dr. Chevalier did my panniculectomy and abdominoplasty surgery #FullTummyTuck. The incision looks awesome and has healed up extremely well. Dr. Chevliar came to check up on me even in the horrible weather at the hospital and followed up with my post-care treatment.

His office admins Megan and Sarah were absolutely amazing to work with while I concentrated on recovering. I am absolutely in AWWW of my results and YES I would ABSOLUTELY do it again!

I can't even describe how amazing Dr. Chevalier is. He came to the ER in the middle of the night to help me and was AWESOME. He really changed my life and I cannot explain how grateful I am for his help. He made me feel comfortable every time I saw him and has an awesome personality. I wish he could be my primary lol

I highly recommend Dr. Chevalier. I chose him after 2 friends of mine recommended him. Both of these people healed perfectly! After comparing his reviews to another doctor I was considering, I canceled my other consult. Look for yourself, because many other doctors have fake reviews! I didn't want to be treated like a customer. Instead, I was expecting to be treated like a patient.

But I was treated better than a patient! Dr. Chevalier and his office staff treated me like a friend. I was very nervous and alone when I visited, but they made me feel comfortable. Prior to surgery they allowed extra visits for me to ask questions. During my follow up visits they wondered how I was healing and showed genuine interest in my well being.

I can't count the numerous calls they took very patiently. I even received a letter in the mail when I forgot to visit. Other things to mention are the healing vitamins, free facial, music CD for the Christmas, and birthday gift certificate they gave me. Yesterday was my last follow up visit, because I am completed healed perfectly. : Thank you Dr. Chevalier!
