This place is the worst I've ever seen. There are some good doctors but the rest are just dangerous. It's the wall Mart of healthcare. We are changing practice as we speak. The good doctors take a long time to get an appointment so you have to take whomever if you need to be seen right away. Everyone of them give you different opinions ect. One told us to not do rectal temps to our 5 year old when he was having 105 fevers, said do the less accurate under the armpit.

One doctor I'm urgent care told us to not worry about my sons fever until it hit 107. Very dangerous to trust this place with your child's life. THIS JUST HAPPENED. My older son has bacterial pneumonia, they told him it's NOT CONTAGIOUS. That 100% false. Be very careful

DO NOT USE CRYSTAL RUN While the staff is nice, Crystal Run as an entity is awful. I went in for a 5 minutes in and out dermatologist visit and they billed the insurance company $425. Similarly, at my annual gyno visit during the pap smear she said we should do additional tests. As I am not the doctor, I went along with it and got slapped with a second bill for the same visit. An emergency care visit with no insurance is $125. Once you have insurance they try and take you over the coals.

Had a procedure done here 9 months ago and was charged for a different, and more expensive, procedure that I never had. Almost one year later and over 8 phone calls with their billing department and I still have not received compensation for the money that they made me pay. The billing department is run by criminals and I am getting prepared to pursue legal action against Crystal Run Healthcare. I recommend everyone double checks every statement they receive from this poorly run office.

I've been with Crystal Run since I moved here in 2011. I've never had a life threatening health issue but for the health issues I have they have been taken care of. I especially love my cardiologist. She is the best ever. My husband had Covid and passed away but I can't blame that on the hospital. Although I was not able to visit at the time, I'm thinking they did all they could to help him. I have to believe that. I have no regrets from leaving NYC and moving here at all. A few drs from NYChad told me about Crystal Run in a positive way.

I usually don't truthfully have the best experiences with doctors connected to Crystal Run. The nurses are often wonderful and amazing people, and the lab in Newburgh when I get blood work is always aces, even when they have people training. I've never had a problem with them. But doctors have always been a toss up. Most of them I find aloof, typing away on a computer, not listening to most of what I am saying and dismissing my symptoms.

This review, however, is for the exception to the rule. My gynecologist Dr. Shah is a wonderful person. I had to go in for a procedure that had me very scared. Let's face it, gynecology is invasive and uncomfortable by nature. Nobody wants a stranger poking around their privates. Dr. Shah has only ever been sweet to me. He always explains what he is doing, he's quick, he's efficient, and he is gentle.

I've been going to him for several years for regular appointments but this procedure was a little more invasive than I felt ready to handle, but he was nothing but professional and kind the entire time. He reassured me and he had me in and out feeling much better than when I entered the office to begin with. I highly recommend him.

I'm sitting here with my almost 78 year old mother she has to have a cat scan. We showed up on time only for the guy that took our temps told us to go in. no one was there to register us so we had to back out front sat for an hour went up to window lady says you're next. It's almost 1.5 hours that we've been waiting for a cat scan. There's no excuse for this, they could at least come out and explain whats going on

You can't get anyone on the phone. When you call the specialist number, they give you a Fax or email. It's a joke. When. You want to make an appointment; they are very fast to do that and get your co-payment before the visit. Once you're done, that's it's. You can't call you to have to make another appointment. This is why when I can use Garnet Health.

If I could I would give Crystal Run Healthcare a negative number of stars. Don't bother to call and leave a message, expecting a return call, you won't get one. I realize that since the beginning of the Covid pandemic medical facilities have been overwhelmed and over worked but enough is enough. Since the middle of December I have called and left messages 3 times (during normal business hours) in order to find a specialist that takes my insurance and is taking new patients (the specialist that I had used at Crystal Run left the practice).

Their message says that you will get a call back that day or the next if you are leaving the message after hours. Three times I left messages with all of the information they requested. The first time was mid day on the Friday the week before Christmas (12/17/2021). I figured that because it was a Friday I wouldn't get a call back until Monday. Monday came and went, then Tuesday came and went and still no call back.

On either Monday or Tuesday of the following week (12/27 or 28/2021) I again called and left a message and again did not get a return call. I guess I am just a gluten for punishment because on January 3rd I again called and left a message. Guess what, here it is on January 7th and I still have not gotten a return call. In my humble opinion Crystal Run Healthcare sucks and Dr. Hal Teitelbaum (the founder, managing partner and CEO) needs to have a good look at the monster he built.

He supposedly built the practice to "improve the access to and quality of healthcare in the Hudson Valley" but I for one think he missed the mark. I think that instead of spending his "free time" "enjoying photography and spending time with family and friends" he needs the look at who he hired to run his different departments and get rid of the "dead wood". Not everything about CRHC is bad. I have had nothing but good experiences with the doctors and the medical staff I have seen, but the ancillary staff stinks.

I have been going to crystal run for over 10 years. Since I was a child and I am very disappointed in the way they handle things. It is almost impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone. And this is not just because of COVID-19. This has been going on for more than 5 years. The male doctors in the OBGYN department are pathetic. Not giving any mind to women unless they agree to their birth control plan. REFUSED to take out an IUD when asked the first time. Was told to wait 6 Months. (Which I did.

Even though the device was giving me severe hormonal side effects. THAT THE DOCTOR WAS AWARE OF). After 6 months of waiting I had to beg for it to be removed up until the moment it was finally removed. Then to be disregarded by the doctor every appointment after. I finally switched to a new doctor and they treated me the same way. Disregarded every OB question I had telling me to ask my primary care physician (who is also IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of).

Then charging me for appointments after being told there would be no charge. almost sending me to collections over it. Terrible service. Very disappointed. so happy I am moving so I can have new doctors and offices who actually care for their patients.

Well run health care facility, COVID Compliant. Pleasant waiting areas, well lit and comfortable. Masks required at all times. Addaquate parking, handicap and patient parking. Easy on and off State Route 17 and Interstate 84.
