I went to the ER with a severe case of cellulitis. I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. The Dr on call suggest I stay for a couple of days for iv antibiotics. I was admitted and spent 3 days and I can honestly say I was very impressed with the treatment I reviewed. My nurses were a cut above I was surprised as this hospital is under rated All of the staff could have not been and nicer they made my stay enjoyable.

I can't say enough good things about the way I was treated! My nurses were not only personable but worked to make me better faster! I would highly recommend anyone who needs medical care to use this facility Thanks to all my care givers they are the best

Went in to the Patient Pavillion on 4/13/22 8 AM for an ultrasound. Everything from stepping inside to checking out went great. The staff/team were patient and very kind. The ultrasound technician is excellent at her job! This is definitely the medical team you want taking care of you when you're having medical issues and I have a lot.

Entered facility. Was told to remove my mask to put a thinner one on. Then attendant sneezes all over them. And still passes them out. Then got snotty with me when questioned if they had a new box. They had me fill paperwork. Then I was told later, it was not needed. Registration said they didn't have info on living wills. Another person gave me info in pamphlet. Then they had wrong doctor listed to do surgery.

My husband had Triple Bypass Surgery March 3 and was discharged March 7. He was given excellent care and treatment. Every one of the doctors, nurses, and all of the staff went over and beyond to assure his stay was comfortable. The only thing I wish would have been better was the parking. Since I use a walker, it was very difficult navigating the parking lots. I wish Cleveland Clinic would have Valet Parking. It would be much easier and safer for visitors.

Cleveland Clinic Indian River emergency room gets a D- from me. Disorganized, unprepared, disinterested. Woman in neck brace, clearly in a lot of pain after being rear-ended, was ignored. She was nauseous, possibly in shock and called out for a nurse. One employee said I'm not a nurse and turned her back. Another employee responded but couldn't find a pan so gave her a little bedpan to vomit in. WHILE she's vomiting a woman comes in and says "I'm here to take you for X-rays." Then says "oh I'll come back later". FOUR employees in the room and I had to say "can somebody offer her a tissue?" X-ray transport says "EXCUSE ME?!" and walks out.

When she comes back she again doesn't bring wheel chair. When the woman asks for one she replies, "Oh it's just down the hall." But finally goes and gets wheel chair. Does not flip down foot supports. When they took a blood sample from me it was a bloody mess! And unnecessarily painful. I hope I never have to go back to Cleveland Clinic.

My review is for the Vero Beach location. I was admitted 12/30/21 very ill. I have cancer that affects my skin and ended up with two different staphylococcus infections. I was hospitalized for ten days. I cannot say enough good things about the nursing staff, the doctors, and the food. The nurses took wonderful care of me! Laura and Lynda were wonderful! I was hospitalized earlier, 12/1/2021 at Holmes in Melbourne and there's no comparison. Thank you for the great care!

I've read some of the other reviews and I cant say I had a similar experience as the majority of reviews (luckily). I went to the ER for severe abdominal pain on a road trip to Disney so I was not local to the area. I was signed in and attended to immediately. Blood, urine, and a Covid test were collected promptly. The ER staff handled me with care and the Dr felt confident it was kidney stones but ordered a CT to be sure.

I ended up passing two stones before the CT results came back (which ended up confirming what the Dr suspected). I was quickly discharged and advised to follow up with my primary. No one likes going to the ER and it's even worse when you're from out of town. However, I have nothing about positive things to say about the staff, my care, and the hospital in general.

I serve on a hospital board in Michigan and had a pretty nasty fall and I was in today for 39 stitches broken nose and a concussion. As one who understands hospitals and how they work in the clinical side I have to say the service, the treatment, acknowledgement of my injuries was positively outstanding. Dr. Brill and nurse I Lee we're beyond exceptional.

Their attitude, clinical knowledge, attention to detail and support to even my family who called from LA was something that Cleveland Clinic Vero should be exceedingly proud of. I hope people that come to my hospital in Michigan feel the same way as I do about the level of care. Well done guys. well done. P

They took wonderful care of my mom and figured out what was wrong right away. The nurse Sam was very sweet to her and had excellent bedside manner and was so thorough at her job. Dr Rahman-Garcia was incredible and she listened to the things I told her about my mom without making me feel like I don't know what I'm talking about (like many doctors do)and was obviously so smart too, even researching NIH articles about my mom's supplements right there with us.

I felt like she was in such capable hands and I'm very happy with our time here. We usually go to the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville and this experience was on par with them. I'm so thankful for the nurses and doctors here!

My 80 year old mother was hospitalized from Oct 14th through Oct 21st and I have nothing but good things to say about her care. Everyone that I came in contact with was kind and considerate and gave her the best care. I live in Sanford so I'm about 2 hours away so daily visits were out of the question but I wasn't worried because the staff was very communicative.

The only thing that disappoints me greatly is that my Mom had a gold crucifix necklace(a gift from her late spouse) and diamond stud earrings, both of which vanished during her stay. It is hard to believe that someone that works in the hospital is a thief with no conscience but that is apparently the case. So all in all, I would recommend this hospital for great care but leave your valuables at home
