There are many steps that are part of a hearing aid evaluation. If you suspect that you might need a hearing aid, you will first need to have a hearing evaluation. At the time of the hearing evaluation, a case history will be taken to determine how much your hearing problem impacts your day-to-day life as well as the lives of your family.
The selection process for hearing aids relies on past health history and current evaluation results. Vero ENT Associates helps people with hearing loss find the right treatment options for their specific needs. An in-depth consultation covers the most important aspects of the fitting, including how to use your devices, proper handling and storage, and how to clean and maintain them.
Tinnitus (literally "ringing" in Latin) is characterized by ringing, buzzing, or noises that originate in the ear or the head, and can cause discomfort and stress. Though this condition is usually not dangerous, it can be a symptom of another health problem or underlying condition. Tinnitus can cause so many stressful side effects, including fatigue, sleep problems, concentration difficulty, memory problems, depression, anxiety, and irritability. Though it's not necessarily serious, it can be quite debilitating.
Vertigo, dizziness, and balance problems can be life altering. For many people it can affect their ability to do even the simplest daily tasks. If you are experiencing vertigo or balance issues, your doctor may want to refer you for a VNG balance evaluation. VNG stands for videonystagmography, which is a series of tests that evaluate the health of your inner ear and your central motor function.

I was referred to a different doctor in sebastian fl on 12/24/21 following up on my ruptured eardrums and hearing loss. the office I was referred to told me they werent able to get me in until the middle of February. Thankfully when I called Vero ENT and told them what was going on, the receptionists showed compassion and a sense of urgency. Dr Riley and Dr Jepsen were able to squeeze me into their day and get reparative surgery set into motion for me! Thank you both so much.

Thank you Kim! The level of compassion show by Kim at the front desk honestly has me in tears. I was in excruciating pain and they got me in immediately as a new patient which is unheard of. Dr Livingston and Dr upon have both done surgery for myself and my 2 children. Phenomenal doctors and office staff. I recently had to have surgery with Dr. Jepsen because my surgery required more extensive work and Dr Jepsen is also a plastic Surgeon. He was amazing! Incredible bedside manner, kind, compassionate and never makes you feel rushed. I felt like I was his only patient. His nurse and the On call nurse have both been so wonderful to me. I am so thankful that Vero ENT welcomed Dr Jepsen as their new colleague and I would recommend him 100%!

I am totally satisfied with both the effectiveness and the quality of my new hearing aids. I can say they have enormously enriched my life. Ms Riley, with her combination of helpfulness, friendliness and professionalism has made it easy for me. She explains everything clearly and is patient and encouraging. I recommend Vero Beach ENT highly.

Update They called me the second day which i find that very satisfied and impressive to have a response within. 24 hours. They explained why they did not take my phone as its going to be violation of my privacy as the only one who can talk to insurance company is the billing department for protection of my information ( which is she was not there at the time of the service).
And the made it clear that the will submit claim to my insurance and refund whatever amount i paid at my visit. Problem resolved. Ok here is the thing, first of all the receptionist was not helpful and charming as any other clinic I have seen, I arrived as they ask me for 15 mins before my appointment so I can do my insurance paper work, suddenly she is telling me I'm going to pay out of my pocket ( even though my insurance has them within the network and is active ) so I explained that to her but she did not listen at all, so I decided to contact my insurance to make sure that my insurance is working and good and the health provider within the network, I contacted them and let them know every things, she asked me to talk to the reception so she could explain, again she refused even to listen to my insurance customer service and clarify everything she kept saying wrong information about my insurance I was in very tough situation where I either cancel my appointment and leave ( with my sinuses is really need to take care of ) or just paying the amount and they will submit claim later even though my friend who has the same insurance visited the clinic couple of months ago and everything was fine he did not pay anything and the (( insurance paid the )), so I choose paying that amount and figure out what should I do later.
The other positive side, the doctors and nurses were very helpful and nice people, Dr Alex was totally very good listener and charming, he helped me with a lot of instruction how to treat my sinuses and directed me to the right direction about what should I do what i should not. He is really an experienced doctor so thank you Dr Alex The nurse was more than nice, I would recommend you to the clinic for sure but if your are going to use insurance make sure you are taking all policy papers like you are going to court.
And because of that I gave it 2 stars, first impression is most keys for everything, and I wish they resolved issue where they put you in situations where pay or leave even with insurance

I have been a patient of Dr. Livingston for over 15 years and I am personally offended by the prior person's poor review of him and find that person's criticism to be far from any experience I have every had with him. Dr. Livingston has always been attentive, professional and made me feel like my issues are a priority. His advice has always been great and spot on and resolved my issues. In fact he opened the office on a Sunday when I had an emergency.

Back in 2012 I had my first sinus surgery. Subjectively, with that physician and surgery center I had a very poor patient experience throughout my entire ordeal. In late October of 2018 I visited Vero ENT. Dr. Baggett and the staff have been truly amazing. Their friendliness and professionalism are one of a kind. They informed me and kept me updated with all the details. Scheduling was a breeze.
They scheduled my surgery at Grove Surgery Center. The staff there has the same core values at Vero ENT. Jan greeted me and made me feel welcome. I've only had two surgeries, if I were to have another I'd prefer to go to Grove Surgery Center! -Cody H.
