I made appointment with Dr. Kruger in March. Appointment was today Friday the 13th of May. Hope his first name wasn't Freddie ha ha. Anyway when I called in March I asked if they were in network with my Medicare + which is Humana. They said yes. Took 2 months to get in. Woman at front desk was rude as hell. Other woman was nice. I think the rude one was nurse Ratchet ha ha. Anyway after filling out paperwork they informed me that they aren't in Humana network. Thanks for nothing. Don't waste you time and money with this practice.

I started Seeing Dr. Baker in 2012 for back pain. I was 35 at the time. I have been through lumbar injections pain meditation muscles relaxers. The pain was SO great I listened to whatever he said I JUST NEEDED RELIEF! I was getting very frustrated as now I'm 45 and decided to get a second opinion. The new Dr. ordered a MRI of the area of concern, I has a tumor pushing on L5 S1 nerve!
I was misdiagnosed, for the 9 years I was his patient. Thank you for wasting 9 years of my life Dr Baker! Edit***. I forgot to mention I had surgery 2 weeks ago I am pain free for the first time in years!

Extremely rude receptionist/medical assistant for Dr. Justiz. MA would not even state her name. Very abrupt and just genuinely unkind. She speaks down on you as if you are some kind of criminal. As a receptionist/ medical assistant or whatever her "profession" is she is the first "face" patients/clients of this practice see and the impression she leaves is just shameful.
This practice should REALLY consider replacing this individual with someone who doesn't sound like they hate themselves and everyone else. Truly a shame as this is an excellent physician group. Will not be returning.

Professionalism, Integrity and true caring for their patients. Have seen Dr. Baker, Smith and Colon. I do not often receive good news, it is just the nature of the disease that slowly takes me away from all that I love. Every time I visit my doctors at CNS it makes my day. The positive attitude permeates the place, the wait time is short and you leaves feeling as if you are the only patient receiving treatment; while the full waiting room manifests all evidence to the contrary. These have been my doctors for over fifteen years.

I am so happy I was referred to Dr Matt Baker. What a wonder chairside manor he has. Compassionate and personal. I tell him I wish he could be my primary care physician! The drive from Cape Coral is more than worth it! Love and recommend him, highly. Tracy his nurse? Just was wonderful! They are a great team!
