I like to start with the bedside manner of the doctor. I found her to be very unpleasant and rude! I also did not like how they handled the follow up of my sleep study. they found that I did not have sleep apnea and that was something that could be told to me over the phone instead they had me come in For a five minute appointment to inform me I do not have it.
Then they collected a $45 co-pay. I have never paid a co-pay on a follow up appointment. that could've been avoided if they just told me over the phone I do not have it. Tasteless business practice!

Dr Monica Woodward is the BEST and she will keep you Alive! I am 71 years and very healthy and was most traumatized and afraid/scared/and puzzled after being diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea, AFTER believing, following lengthy searching, that I had selected what outwardly appeared as the very best physicians in town, I had to leave the NCH Sleep Pulmonary Downtown Group, with Obstructive Sleep Apnea, then SOON realizing I was with a group of questionable professionals, poor 2nd and 3rd level staffing, seemingly team unlead. I was truly afraid, confused and for me scary. My goal for the value of sustaining my life was at extreme conflict and I was in shock of competency!

Very nice facility, team, service & life changing results. I would have given 5 stars but receptionist was highly annoyed to help me & my girlfriend on 2 different occasions. She sighed loudly, rolled her eyes & looked upward at the ceiling when I came in early to fill out paperwork they asked me to fill out before hand & when my girlfriend dropped off a mask I tried for one night & cancelled a future consultation appointment for that piece of equipment. I mentioned this experience to a staff member they said it has been noted before & to email the Dr.

I need help I never went here. What do they do here do they help you diagnose anything? Do I call in and go here to the test? I fall asleep and my heart seems to be slowing down and my breathing stops I get weak on my left side and I feel paralyzed but it's no sleep paralysis. What's wrong with me can it be a brain disorder or a sleep disorder?

All the staff offer "FIVE" star service at this practice, from the first phone call to my office visits everyone is extremely friendly and professional. They take their time to thoroughly review all the pertinent information in a sincere caring way. They truly treat you like a member of their family and you feel very comfortable.

This doctor was the hardest doctor to work with ever! Not only is she unwilling to explore multiple or any option at all other than what she prescribes, but it takes days to get any call backs from her regarding your health situation! In my dealings with this doctor I would rate her as poor with her professional capabilities.
