One star is TOO much credit for this place! I agree with other reviewers of this place being a JOKE! Do NOT take your sick children here you're better off to the ER if you think it's an emergency. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before WASTING TIME AND $5O for absolutely nothing. Worst pediatrics services ever and such a shame it's in my Naperville area.

This place is a joke. The receptionist is super unprofessional as well. Made an appointment for 11 am. Came at the same time with a woman who has an appointment for 11:15. The receptionist started checking it 11:15 appointment before checking me in. After the checked me in she said the wait time is 20-30 minutes because of that lady who came before me but had a later appointment. Excuse me?

I'm supposed to sit in a room with 10 SUPER COUGHING KIDS for 30 minutes considering I made an appointment? Very very very unprofessional place. And the receptionist that giggled when I asked to cancel the appointment because I'm not putting my 2 year old at risk of cross contamination or covid waiting for 30 minutes for the appointment I HAD SCHEDULED in advance. Super frustrated

PARENTS BE AWARE! Came in on 11/27/21 for the foot pain, the Xray was performed and doctor said it is NEGATIVE for any fractured bones or any acute abnormalities. Was told to give child Motrin. A week later pain was the same, we took our daughter to the orthopedic doctor, brought X-rays given by this facility (PM PEDIATRICS) and new doctor said PM Pediatrics missed the broken bone, we did new X-rays and it clearly showed Fracture, Metatarsal(s) that's not healing well.

Because of this delayed diagnosis my daughter is still dealing with terrible consequences and we don't see the end to it. I really hope this review can save someones child from the misery that my daughter experiencing still due to PM Pediatrics negligence. STAY AWAY from this facility if you don't want to get misdiagnosed.

Terrible experience in here. I brought my daughter for an urgent care last Thur as fever but no coughing/running nose and the doctor almost did nothing and just roughly told me to go back home and monitor. Actually, I wanted to give an 0 star but no option.

Booked appointment for 6 pm today for my son. There were just 2 patients before me. But I was seen by the doctor at 7:30 pm. Seriously? I had to wait for 1 1/2 hrs? Its not an Urgent care.

I made an appt for my kids for Covid tests through SoLv app and My husband brought them there. The staff member told him that it's a full check up plus Covid tests for each kid and that they need a card on file just in case the insurance doesn't cover the visit. My husband corrected them that it was only a Covid test. They still insisted so my husband just cancelled it because we've had Covid tests done in the past at other immediate care facilities and never have they asked for a card on file.

I also pre-checked in both kids and uploaded the insurance information on the app with the photo of the card included and they still asked for the insurance info at check in. So my husband cancelled and left. I took them to Kids urgent care the following day in Wheaton and they just did the test, even saw the doctor to check them real quick, and they didn't ask for a credit card or anything else. They also did both the rapid and regular PCR test. So I will never take my kids to PM pediatrics again.

This is a wonderful facility. Staff is exceptional. Stephanie was awesome with our son's first Covid shot.under 12. The best part is you get to stay in their clinic room to monitor for side effects.

My husband took our son here on Saturday because our son took a fall off his bike and was in need of chin stitches and some attention to his fingers. He told me how the doctors were very nice to our son and walked him through each process they were doing so he wasn't scared. Thursday My husband and I went in to get his stitches removed and it was a very simple process honestly.

The front desk lady was very pleasant and helped us get checked in no problem. I did have an appointment. I saw reviews and was a little hesitant but honestly this place deserves a 5/5 for our visit. Thank you for helping our son recover and making his time here a pleasant experience. I will be recommending this place to others.

The X-ray tech who doubled as check-in associate was extremely friendly and helpful. My son was sick upon entrance. To the point of throwing up. The tech took care of the patient ahead of me and promptly came out with a bucket and mop and cleaned the floor as well as wiped down and sanitized the area. I thanked him and he replied with "you got it".

He then returned to check in and got me taken care of immediately. While waiting to be seen he dealt with other patients and even friendly reminder a parent to keep his mouth/nose covered with his mask for his safety as well as others in the facility. Great job! Next we were escorted in back and my son weight was taken and we were escorted to room 5 by a very friendly nurse/assistant.

She took his temp, administered a Covid test etc. she was very nice and concerned. After 5-7 minutes Dr. Hui entered the room she too seemed friendly and concerned we talked over his symptoms and she made me feel comfortable with her expertise. She sent us on our way and eased what I was unsure about. All-in-All this was the kind of visit at an URGENT CARE. that one can only dream about.

It's really wonderful/rare to encounter people who really care about people. This is my one and only son who is 18 months and means more to me than my own life! So again thank you PM Pediatrics it was a pleasure to have been treated by your staff

I took my one year old daughter here yesterday to be looked at. The first person to come into the room was Paramedic Sean. I cannot say enough things about this man and how AMAZING he is with kids! My daughter loves him! Everyone was SO friendly but he exceeded my expectations. I would come back and would recommend anybody else to give this place a try!
