The healthiest veins in your legs have valves that open and close, allowing blood to flow to the heart. If these valves no longer function, they can cause venous reflux disease. Take a look at the picture below. Although several different vein disorders can cause venous reflux disease, it is usually a result of either blood clots or varicose veins.

Called to request info regarding past visits. Lady who answered was rude. I was perfectly polite to her though; I know how to show respect unlike this woman. If you're not going to be polite, especially in a job that is about the well-being of others and helping others, then DON'T work in healthcare. Get another career or change your nasty attitude. I have met some polite staff here which I do appreciate!

I'm here at this place right now & never in my life have I witnessed such drama at a drs office! The front office staff is very incompetent in the way they handle patient relations. The waiting area is full. There's a woman here visiting from a different country that is getting treated without proper respect. I hope her issue gets resolved. The waiting area is full & you can sense the agitation from EVERYONE here. Horrible Horrible Horrible!
