I saw Doctor Timothy Sayles and he was very knowledgeable and tried to help me to the best of his abilities. He offered to work with my psychiatrist to find the best treatment for me. I approved and I believe they are helping me find the best treatment for me

I've always been very particular about my doctors, I prefer a family type of atmosphere that barely exists anymore. However, Diablo family physicians in San Ramon is the next best thing. I was recommended to go there by a friend when I was looking for a new Doctor and they didn't disappoint. Very friendly and professional at the same time. Would recommend them to anyone

Diablo Family Physicians is a great office. The facility is bright and clean with easy parking. The staff is friendly and efficient. My provider is Sachie, and she is extremely thorough and helpful. She is the best primary care provider I have seen.

The office staff are always pleasant, helpful and very professional. There is very little turnover among the staff providing a consistent and excellent approach to serving patients. Dr. Musco has been my primary care physician for 8 years. He is always friendly, engaging and medically thorough. His accurate diagnosis and treatment related to several major medical issues gives me confidence that I am receiving the best medical care available. The same is true of other medical staff from whom I receive care. I am very pleased and confident to be served by the doctors and staff of Diablo Family Physicians.

Diablo Family Physicians is wonderful! They have great service and are very easy to work with. Sachie Nguyen-Trung, FNP was amazing, she is very thorough and truly cares. I didn't feel rushed and I felt heard as a patient. Her goals for me were also very realistic and understanding of my busy schedule as a mom with two little kids. I actually looked forward to making a follow up appointment.

Dr. Mark and his staff are excellent. They all show a true level of caring that is not found today. That is not to say that other Doctors and their staff are not polite, and professional. With Dr. Marc you get the added sincerity, and caring that others seem to be missing. He makes you comfortable, and I trust him unequivocally. He listens, and most of all, hears what you are saying. The Best!

We've been with Diablo Family Physicians for over 10 years now and love it. Both Dr. Musco's, and their entire team are ALWAYS there, and I have always felt like I was their only patient. Receptionists are fast and friendly. Insurance and RX's are a breeze. Appointments are easy to make, even when I feel anxious to see someone quickly - they have never let me down.

All the doctors are professional, personable and excellent at what they do - all of them - between my myself and my husband, we have seen them all. and the nurses are just as great too! I definitely would recommend this office to anyone that wants to feel cared for. My husband and I have been going to this office for years. No matter what is happening in our lives we feel listened to and that our needs will be met. We also are seen in a timely manner. We moved to Fairfield a little less than a year ago and we continue to go to this office because we are so happy with the care.

I learned of the Lean MD program recently and scheduled an appointment. I first met with the NP Sachie and she was great at explaining the program. Totally honest about how overwhelming it can be in the beginning, which it was but the staff is always there to answer any questions. They also give you very detailed information to take home and review.

She was also really informative about nutrition, dietary needs, reviewing past medical history and we came up with an ideal goal weight for me. I am not one that has ever succeeded with diets or losing weight. I have been in the program for just under 5 weeks and I have lost 18lbs! It's amazing. Everyone that I have met within the office is so great and helpful & they make it easier.

I have told so many people about this program and I would recommend it to anyone. The most important thing is they teach you how to make and stick to a lifestyle change & the fact that I actually see the results every week and have gotten into clothes that I haven't worn In years keeps me motivated. We love our NP and have seen a few of the doctors in the practice. Always have been thorough with my children and me. Office staff is always trying to help us out as much as they can too. I drive a little out of my way just to go to this office. Finally, a practice I really like!

Diablo Family Physician is a very patient friendly practice. The office staff are always able to get you in to see a Doctor on a moments notice. Dr. Mark & Tim Sayles are personable and spend as much time needed to explain your health problems.
