Every referral we ask for referral, it takes for ever. They say we send it and it is not received on the other side. I keep calling for several times until it is received on the other side. It happened with three doctor and the pharmcy. So, it is not one time. We need to go there because one of the doctors we visit moved to work there. It is such a waste of time when it comes to referrals.

Friendly staff. but completely unorganized. They misinformed me as to what was needed for a telehealth visit. I had to call more numerous times due to staff not responding to my questions and telling me that they would call me back and ultimately didn't. Very unsatisfactory customer care. I am so disappointed that children's mercy has decided to merge with this company

I would give the minus if available! They have the worst front staff! You can't get a hold of anybody. They never return phone calls. What happened to all the good staff They had. If it wasn't because Dr. Anderson is back and Dr. Julie are there I would of taken my kids somewhere else. Rude receptinist.! Need to hire more people because they can't handle what they have and they are all over here trying to run more clinics!
