I have visited TCO Urgent Care on 2 occasions: one was 4 years ago for a cortisone shot and two weeks ago for severe lower back pain. The admitting staff was friendly and helpful. Kyle, the PA on duty was very kind and helped me to understand the results of the back x-ray. He gave me a number to call if I did not feel better. That was so very helpful because you cannot go back to Urgent Care for follow up. I have since made an appointment with a back clinic. A very good experience, overall.

Injured my leg at home recently and chose this urgent care as I knew I would need imaging and wanted knowledgeable orthopedic staff. The wait time was minimal which was very helpful. I saw a PA who I liked, but I was confused as to next steps as far as the MRI was concerned.front desk has not been helpful or compassionate anytime I have called. Was told insurance rep was in a meeting all morning.
I left 2 messages for insurance coordinator but never received a call back. After the MRI was completed, I was told to call a surgeon for an appointment and the results. (Not sure why I would see a surgeon without even knowing the extent of my injury) The hold times on the phone are ridiculously long and it continues to be frustrating to contact anyone to receive the next steps.
Also would have been nice to have been offered crutches, or some type of handout on home care suggestions. (Icing, pain meds and proper way to wrap my leg) Doesn't seem to be a well managed facility, compared to other experiences I have had. Definitely will not go here again!

I loved the courtesy and thoughtfulness of employees from the time I called for an appointment. The person on the phone noted where I live and asked if I preferred a certain location (closest to me). I was THRILLED not to have to travel all over the metro to find a doctor. Tiffany, at Maple Grove, was wonderful and set me at ease in knowing what to expect and helping me through the process before seeing Dr. Cammack. Who, by the way, was also above and beyond my expectations.
He came highly recommended and now I know why. I will definitely be referring others if I am asked! Everyone involved was kind and caring and it was clear that my pain/comfort was of value to them. THANK YOU, I am grateful! **One item of caution: Being on crutches, in winter, made getting around difficult and I nearly slipped twice, once under the awning and again in the main entry of the building. Not sure if something can be done but the smooth concrete and shiny flooring makes for a dangerous course in getting to the elevator!

I was helped immediately, brought into the room to meet with the doctor, took x-rays back to the room with the doctor and I was out the door in another 10 minutes. Probably less than 45 minutes total. Great service. Treated very nicely. If I ever need help again I will definitely go back to twin City orthopedics

Went to Urgent care on a Sunday. Dr Zwang (sp?) was wonderful! The whole experience from the check in to leaving was above my expectations! However, the X-ray person was not very talkative/friendly, maybe an off day, but he didn't seem too happy to be there. Who does tho on a Sunday. I'd go again if was necessary.

I had slipped on ice the night prior and woke with quite a swollen sore ankle. I was greeted by a very pleasant intake staffer. She checked on me twice to see if I had completed my paperwork so I would not have to put pressure on my ankle. I was promptly seen had X-rays determined it's was a sprain and out the door within an hour with a great brace. It was New Years Eve day and the staff was so kind and efficent. Hopefully I won't need Orthopediac Urgent Care in the near future but if I do I surely will return.

Went to the urgent care here for a knee injury and the nurses were rushed. I was in pain and pressured to quickly limp after them. Then the doctor lacked compassion and was unhelpful. And I was not offered a wheelchair. Also the only advice she gave me was to take pain medicine. When I asked about exercises she did not seem knowledgeable. Would not recommend.

I took my 84 year old mother into Urgent Care for a broken wrist. From the receptionist all the way through to the assistants, our experience was wonderful! The young men taking care of her initially with a splint acted like they had all the time in the world for her. Then on our return visit to speak with a specialist, the entire staff were beyond friendly, patient, gentle and gave us all the time we needed.
The staff were aware that my mom was unstable and they all made sure she felt safe.taking her arm and being so gentle. The specialist was very informative and gave us things to do while at home to heal faster. I can't recommend anything that could have been done to make it better. So pleased.

I had injured my leg during martial arts training. Went in the next morning and the doctor took x-rays and said I probably pulled a groin muscle. He told me if they pain did not improve in two weeks I should see a surgeon. I appreciated the honesty since I was pretty nervous on the extent of the injury.

I had a herniated disc that an ER didn't take seriously. I came to the Ortho urgent care and was treated respectfully and really listened to. They did same day imaging and I had an appointment with the specialist within a week. Unfortunately, I needed surgery urgently due to nerve damage. They were able to get me in within a few days, which was great.
My negative criticisms would be that the waiting room gets really busy and that the providers didn't seem like they had much time to spend with me. I was told that the surgeon had 24 patients to see that day as well as several surgeries to perform. That seems unhealthy and unsustainable to me. I don't blame the surgeon, I feel bad for him. My back is healed, now, and I feel amazing. I'm so glad I trusted advice and went with Dr Paul Crowe as the surgeon.

There was very little wait time, which was important to me because I was experiencing severe back pain. An X-ray was taken of my back in the same building and they quickly assessed my condition. Within an hour I was able pick up pain medications. My condition became worse the next day and I was able to talk over the phone with the urgent care PA who say me and we made adjustments to the medications. I highly recommend TCO urgent care.

I was seen by Dr. Fisher whom I love. Hid professionalism compassion and empathy is always a nice surprise when I have no other doc to go to for primary. He did 2 different surgical procedures that went well. Even the hospital staff was amazing! This was 5yrs ago. Now I'm heading out there tonight to be seen with a bad, swollen wrist and the pain level is an 11. I so pray he is working tonight or another caring doc will be b who will help me
