I was pleasantly surprised, as the Dr was very thorough and completely answered my questions. The technicians we're also very helpful in explaining every thing about all of the possible tests.

Both Dr. Watson in the clinic, and Jac in the eyeglass side were very informative, friendly, and helpful. It was a quck seemless time at Lencrafters. The entire thing took less than 90 minutes (that includes picking out frames). Thank you!

The assistant who worked with me prior to the doctor WAS NOT WEARING A MASK. We were in a small exam room, with mere inches between us as he used instruments to measure my eyes. I was taken aback, and when we left the exam room, I told him that I had expected that ALL people would be masked. He said, "if you're fully vaccinated, the mask was optional." He then asked if I would be more comfortable if he put one on. "Yes, " I replied. How can someone in the medical field have that level of ignorance as MN has been in a surge of COVID-19? What kind of care am I being given if that is how he reasons?

I don't go out of my way to leave reviews very often but Dr. Watson deserves one. He's been treating me for an eye infection for the last couple weeks and even though we haven't been able to get it to go away yet (it's doing much better than when I first saw him) he's been only a phone call away the whole process and it calms my anxiety having an eye doctor who actually cares.

The cherry on top is he called me from his personal cell phone this weekend to check in on me. I've never once had ANY health care provider genuinely care about me so much. Five out of five stars I couldn't be any happier with the help he's provided so far.

Also picking out my lenses and frames those staff was wonderful and explained the discounts very carefully.
