We previously (2 years) saw Dr. Fairhurst for our daughter's rash and he was amazing. The first doctor to finally help us and get it figure out. Today we called again because the rash has come back and the new doctor was absolutely rude and did not want to listen to us at all. We will not be using this dermatology facility ever again.

Very rude doctor and staff. If you value your health, please stay far away from these quacks. All they care about is getting your money. Watch your bill closely, they charged me for two procedures they never performed on me. Was a nightmare getting it all sorted out. I would not send my worst enemy here, they are horrible.

Great experience! Friendly staff who were very understanding when we ended up 30 minutes late for our appointment due to a traffic accident. Still got us in and out in about 30 minutes. Dr. Fairhurst is very cheerful with a great bedside manner. He made my 12 year old son feel very comfortable, and we were very satisfied all around.

Thus is absolutely the worst establishment I have ever been to. The staff is horrible. They are rude and purposefully not helpful. I saw the doctor ONE TIME and he practically ran through my visit and allowed zero time for questions. When I came back first my recheck I was left waiting an hour and twenty minutes before I left. When I spoke to the staff at the front to tell them I was leaving they laughed at me for being upset.
Fast forward 2 months.i have new insurance that does not cover the $150 lotion the good doc prescribed. After some research it turns out that there are about 3 different prescriptions that do the same thing. So I call the office to see if we can try one of the others. The nurse would not even ASK the doctor for me. She just told me no they would not do that.
Then offered me a sample (of the same medication) if I would drive 30 miles to the office to pick it up. When I stated that it was too far to drive for a sample she then questioned my whereabouts, accusingly, as though I was lying. I told her I would find another dermatologist and she just replied, "alright then." No apologies. No asking the doctor. Nothing. I will NEVER go back and will be VERY vocal in expressing my extreme dislike of this office, the doctor, the staff, and their TERRIBLE customer service. WORST OFFICE EVER!

I was a patient here for many years. In the beginning the care seemed to be much more relaxed, fair, and effective. However, over time, the waits increased, the exams seemed more rushed, and the 'follow ups' were recommended more. I was only going in for annual routine exams and thought and subsequently found, by changing dermatologists, that 'follow ups' were unnecessary for my routine visits. On my last couple of visits I felt that the practice thought my copays were more important than my care. Haven't had that problem with my new dermatologist.

Thanks for taking $50 from me for nothing. Next time I'll just throw $50 bill out the window and Go home and save my time. Doc was very charming with accent but I feel like since he looked at me and touched my "growth" and basically told me he was unable to do anything; gave me a reference to someone else so I can go to him and give him $50 so he can touch my head.daylight robbery! Sure he's a nice fella but. I feel cheated
