Love this location. Great office staff. While I was waiting on my appointment, I overheard one of the front desk ladies helping a patient setup an app of some sort for Crossroads (not entirely sure what it was), but the lady was so helpful! She spoke to the patient like she was not an inconvenience and helped her every step of the way. She was so positive and happy when working with this patient.

Thank you to this office staff for treating your patients like they matter. Sometimes it's not just about the doctor who sees you (although very grateful for them as well). Every member of the staff is so important, and I hope each of you know you are appreciated.

Thank goodness for Jessica J! My husband is taking a medication and just needed a couple more weeks worth to get rid of a skin infection. After trying to reach the doctor without luck she was able to get it done for us without having to go back in. We are so appreciative of her help! Thank you

Had an incredible experience at crossroads of Whitehouse from Whitney at the front desk to the nurse and physician Abigail, I highly recommend this practice! I'm very pleased and will be back for more care!

Got here at 8:22 AM doctor finally come out at 10:17 AM. There was about six cars that came in after us and left before us. They should warn you of a wait time when you get here if it's gonna be two hour wait at a walk-in clinic. Good grief.

I've been going to crossroads for 8 yrs. I needed refills and went to the clinic on thursday march 10. After waiting almost to hrs some guy named Brian only gave me 1 month of pills. Went to pick up my pills 7 hrs. after I left the clinic and he still hadn't sent in my script. They didn't even check my blood pressure that day. Im still waiting on test results! Maybe my next visit will be more professional.

My daughter was puny one day, then woke the next day with a raging fever and just miserable. I tried to get into her pediatrician, but Crossroads opened earlier. And I'm so thankful! Abigail Davis was so patient with my girl. She was compassionate, efficient, and just did a great job with us. My kiddo has the flu, but thanks to Abigail, we have a treatment plan and should be better soon. Thanks, Abigail and Crossroads!

I've been going to Crossroads for about three or four years. No complaints! Lynn Medley is just the best. She's a great listener and has helped me immensely.

I'm giving crossroads 2 stars ONLY because they have always had a problem calling their patients back. It's no wonder they have a message saying please do not leave multiple messages because people aren't receiving calls back like they should. My experience there has always been great it's just the nurses will never call you back. I work in an urgent care and I know what it's like to have the phone ring all the time however I always make sure to give these patients a call back.

As patients, we're not calling just to bug you we're calling because we need something and we're not getting the help that we need. I hate to leave a bad review but this is ridiculous because it happens all the time.

My nurse practitioner, Carol Lynne Medley, is by far the best practitioner I've ever encountered. She is thorough and never in a hurry. She listens intently to what you are saying and works diligently to provide top-notch care, always going above and beyond! I highly recommend her for your healthcare needs! The group is amazing as well! The staff are caring and friendly and always work to get you in most of the time same day and, if not, as quickly as possible! Calls are returned promptly and needs are met.
