I received a breast augmentation from Dr Leverett back in May. I have always hated my breasts. I had several consults with surgeons in the area and SO SO SO happy I chose dr Leverett! My self confidence has shot way up. After having kids, my breasts were deflated and sad looking. They are beautiful and full now. I went from an A to a DD! The recovery was a breeze for me.

I had kind of a difficult case due to some pre existing health issues and dr Leverett did everything he could to ensure that we did this safely and effectively. I knew I was in good hands. I honestly can't say enough good things about dr Leverett and his team. Kerri was also a pleasure to work with and she was so accommodating and helpful. This was truly life changing! I'm looking at more procedures with him in the future, when time permits!

Had an appointment with Christina, at Dr Leverett's for injections to smooth fine lines and soften jaw and lip line area. She was very knowledgeable. Her voice was soft and comforting. she gave you her undivided attention and answered questions and "concerns" with very easy to understand answers medically and artfully for you to have the best results.

During my scheduled 1.5 hour visit she was precise and payed close attention to every injection site with the upmost safety while ensuring my comfort. My results were already apparent even thou the swelling still had 24 hours to reduce! I'd refer Christina and Dr Leverett to anyone looking to improve themselves. you will be very happy with them and his entire staff! Thank you!

Above and beyond my expectations! For years I struggled with my stomach fat so I decided to get back in the gym and work hard. The more I worked the bigger my stomach got. After a lot of research and reading many reviews I went to Dr. Leverett. The staff was kind and professional. Dr. Leverett explained due to childbirth the muscles needed to be repaired.

I had abdominoplasty, Lipo on my abdomen, flanks and mid-back on June 30th. I'm currently 7 months post op and I could not be happier with the result. At 44 years old I look better than I did in my 20's. Best decision ever. Thanks Dr. Leverett for your amazing work.

LOOK NO FURTHER! After several months of extensive research, I confidently decided on Dr. Leverett! During the consultation, his staff were all incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. It felt like I was walking into a professional yet friendly environment. The office was immaculate and I was treated with the utmost respect! Dr. Leverett was extremely informative and answered questions I didn't even know I had!

After his assessment, he gave me very real expectations on what my body would look like post operation. Well guess what, when I woke up from my procedure and saw my body, I'd realized immediately that he FAR exceeded my expectations! The incisions were FINE AND PRECISE! Every week, I take photos and to my surprise, I look better and better! My tummy tuck scar is extremely low and goes completely undetected in low rise jeans and bikini bottoms.

The healing process was seamless and I was checked on constantly and given clear direction and instructions. They all truly cared about my results! It truly looks better than the body I had before children. All the confidence I have now, I owe to this incredible surgeon. I tell all my friends and family about his fine work and his amazing office staff. Like I said, LOOK NO FURTHER! You found the one stop shop for surgery AND skin care!

I've been going to Dr Leverett for over 20 years. I have very high standards for medical care, Dr Leverett and his amazing staff have surpassed my expectations. Wow! I had an amazing experience here yesterday. Christina was very personable and explained things in great detail prior to my injectables. Her assistant Jessica was very sweet and reassuring. The front office staff was welcoming and had all kinds of treats ready to spoil their patients. Dr. Leverett and team are incredibly friendly and kind and their care is top notch! Their office is beautiful and clean with thought behind every detail to make you comfortable during your appointments and treatments. I haven't jumped on the Botox wagon but I trust them for other treatments I've had done such as Cool Sculpting, Facials, and I get all of my skin care products from them. I'll be a client of theirs as long as they'll have me!

I have been a patient at Body By Leverett for years and love the place! About two weeks ago I had my Botox done with their nurse injector Christina and I am LOVING my results! My brows are lifted, the crows feet are gone and my stubborn neck band that was falling down is no longer visible! I love how Christina always takes her time to give me the very best result and make sure I am comfortable through the whole treatment. I would never go anywhere else for my treatments but Dr. Leverett's office. Thank you for taking years off my face Christina!

I had my breasts done the first time by a Dr. Spies in Phoenix whom did a wonderful job. I went from a small B cup to a full size C cup and had no complications whatsoever. After having them almost 14 years, I decided to have the implants replaced and went to Dr. Leverett because he was so widely recommended and was voted that year as one of the valleys best. Dr Leverett and I discussed the procedure in length, and I told him at that time that I would like to go even larger in size to a D cup.

He said at that time, "that would not be a problem at all." I then pre-paid him $11,000.00 cash ($6,000.00 to remove the old implants, and $5,000.00 to replace them with new ones). I was completely shocked to find that I ended up with smaller breasts then my originally starting B cup size. One would think that after spending $11,000.00 dollars, I could go up one size, certainly not down two sizes.

I now have to wear a padded bra everyday, to appear as if I am a small B cup in size. I guess I should have went back to Dr. Spies, instead of allowing myself to be "ripped off" by Dr Leverett. My next review.will be placed with the Rip-off report

I was meant to find this place and I am so glad I did. I recently moved to AZ earlier this year and without knowing anyone ended up going to a networking event in Tempe. At the event, I won a free Micropeel at Body By Leverette! Around the same time, I had gotten my lips done in Scottsdale by the "lip doctor" who was top rated and everyone said was the best. Turns out he was not the best and I ended up with bumpy lips that were uneven (and horribly bruised) and this was after I went back to have him fix it.

My appointment each time was about 35 minutes with 20 of it sitting there waiting for the topical to numb me. I realized around this time that my free micropeel was about to expire so I made an appointment for mid may and OH MY GOODNESS! The mircopeel was amazing, Candice is amazing and my skin had never felt better, highly recommend. While chatting with Candice, I mentioned my lip dilemma and she said "You should meet with Christina, our injector" and so I made an appointment with Christina.

I was nervous about the appointment because I wasn't experiencing desired results with my previous lip injector and so i was hoping for a miracle. Well I found her. Christina spent almost 2 hours (4x as long as the other guy) with me going over each part of my lips, feeling them, asking me what I wanted my lips to look like, learning the muscles and natural shape of my lips and face.

She was also very honest with me about my lips and didn't just want to inject me and get it over with, she really took her time to explain what she can do and what she recommends. I have now had 2 appointments with Christina (cant wait for the next) and my lips look 10 TIMES BETTER than they did before! No bumps, they are even and MINIMAL bruising (super small little bruise spots, but the other guy left me with an ENTIRE bruised bottom lip).

She didn't rush, our last appointment was almost 2 hours, and she talked with me through the whole process to make sure I was happy with the results while she was doing it NOT just after. Moral of the story - this place has it all. Amazing people who are ACTUALLY good at their job, who have wonderful personalities and who are honest and genuinely want to help you. Best part is, this place is a 2 mile drive from my house. Meant to be.

Dr. Leverett is an artist and plastic surgeon! I had several procedures within 90 days of my wedding. He and his staff fully prepped me for what to expect. I had multiple procedures and he took special care to hide incisions where they would not show. It was a wonderful partnership in that he told me what was needed of me to maximize the results and I trusted him and did as was requested.

The results are amazing. He went above and beyond the call of duty even meeting me at his office to remove the stitches on the Saturday before Easter so I wouldn't have stitches when my family arrived. At the surgical center he was comforting, confident and really made me feel at ease. The surgical center staff was top notch and they were so kind and caring. Best experience ever! I'm going to be an amazing looking bride!

BODY BY LEVERETT has been part of my life for almost 6 years and everything, from my augmentation to facials have been a success and brought me joy. I really have no complaints about any of my expierences over the years. From Denise Leverett's help in finance, Jessicas gentle touch, Drs expierence and availability before, during and after my surgery to Renees warm smile welcoming me at every visit, BODY BY LEVERETT is definitely recommended by me and my friends! I did my homework. went on 4 consultations and decided on Dr. Leverett. So HAPPY with my choice! His bedside manner is unmatched. He actually cares about his patient's outcome. A reply to their comment. He did not refuse to do surgery, in fact im a perfect candidate for this surgery. Try actually reading my whole review before spewing stuff that doesn't matter. Such as addressing how rude he is. Or how he wanted to do a procedure that was dangerous to my health. Obviously he used to be good but that no longer seems to be the case.
