I absolutely love this office and staff except one. Ms. Fousey is horrible rude and everytime she has treated my kids she is horrible to them and treats you like your incompetent. My kids have low immune systems and everytime we see her she dismissed it and tells me I'm handling it wrong. Or when my 12 years old had her check up she talked to my daughter like she was dumb. Kept trying to push us into getting her covid vaccine after we repeatedly told her no.

But kept pushing it. Also seemed bothered to send in a referral to get her tested for dyslexia cause the school should do it though we already tried which is why we asked for the referral. My youngest went in and had cellulitis which we had to come in for a follow up after a er visit and she dismissed it though it spread some more so I made her get another doctor and they changed her medication and made me schedule 2 more back to back appointments to make sure the meds were working.

My other daughter had a uti and she ignored it and said she had a cold and refused to do anything even a urine test. I later took her to children's er and she had a kidney infection. She is a awful person and others who have seen her have said the same. She needs out or new training or something she is rude and I refuse for her to see my children. Dr. Dycus and Ms. Reshew have been amazing. ( I don't know if I spelt them correctly)

If I can give this place a million bad reviews I would I've came here for a year already (I know why would I stay for so long) but honestly it's just the closest place to my house and today was the last straw can't take this place no more. Everytime i come here i have an awful experience. The workers belittle you and make disrespectful comments but if you say something back they of course make a scene.

They judge your parenting all the time. Literally everytime I come here I expect the workers and MAs to be awful like they always are. Who ever answers the phone is awful /super disrespectful. They have you on hold for 20min then hang up. I seriously hope this place gets closed and they are all jobless no one here has no business working with kids. MA forced my 2 year old to wear a mask but there were kids far older than my little that she or anyone else said anything to.

Not impressed with waiting 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I had appointments canceled by them, they were only seeing sick patients, ok I get that. I rescheduled and dhow up 10 minutes early and watch other patients who showed up after I did get taken back immediately. Then they tell me they are understaffed because a provider is out with Covid-19.

So we are penalized because they are unable to communicate this prior to my appointment, I would have simply canceled. After 40 minutes of waiting past my appointment time I asked the girls at the desk, they couldn't recall why we were there. In addition to the sign at the front door stating masks were a required, a father and his two sons came in with out them, then they proceeded to fill out new patient paperwork and taken back with in minutes.

I finally addressed a real adult, where I was taken back after an hour of arrival. There is zero warmth or compassion shown or given at this place. I recommend finding a different place than this one.

Where do I start with this place. They never answer the phone and when they do they will put you on hold and forget about you. 2 of the doctors here are just strait up creepy. They have misdiagnosed my son multiple times. Had a doctor yell at me because of a personal medical decision.

The continuation of how awful this place is: can't seem to get my childrens names right in their system despite supposedly changing it multiple times! The staff does not listen to information given and seem to transpose what is said to something off the wall; despite talking to the front desk manger things that was even discussed with her weren't actually corrected despite supposedly correcting them herself.

The front desk staff laugh when asked to speak to manger and calling while already on the phone with their establishment about something they had supposedly already had changed, talking to the same person who said they changed it the first time that seemed to have no idea he had changed it. My mind is boggling trying to figure out how this doctors office runs efficiently.

5 stars because My kid has had good experiences with Dr. Dycus. My only frustration is that you can't get through when you call. I understand their is no walk INS available. I understand the office gets busy I understand the office hours change, but it would be nice to be able to call when they say and publicly post the office hours they are open.

If you're open at 9 am then we should be able to get through at 9 am or after when you're open and not get the same message that you would normally get when you're closed. Or sometimes the line is busy so if I had an emergency, we can't get through.

My kids have always seen McKenzie Reshew And she been amazing job with my kids. I feel like she actually takes the time to listen and shows interest in your needs. This last time I had to take my son in and we saw Kelly Fausey and I was not a big fan of her I felt like she didn't take the time to listen so she did not understand what I was trying to tell her.

I also disliked how she looked at me and my kids. The only reason I will come back to this office is because of McKenzie Reshew. From now and I will only schedule if it's with her.

Initially, we loved our pediatrician Dr. Hartyl and could overlook the dingy clinic. Over the last 2 years, we have had more and more issues, including not getting prescriptions called in, no appointment availability, and most recently their front staff has been rude and incompetent. After being spoken to rudely and sarcastically on multiple occasions, we have decided to leave the practice. The clinic is also very outdated and feels dim and dirty.

We've taken my daughter here since her very first appointment and don't plan on going anywhere else. Her pediatrician, Dr. Rashew is very friendly, through, and explains things we may have questions on as first time parents very well. Our daughter loves her & we're so glad to have found a pediatrician we trust and enjoy! She's also never in a rush & takes her time to give us and our child her full attention. Thank you Dr. Rashew!

My daughter started going here in 2012. We love Dr. Dycus and drive a good ways to see her still since we moved. Now, all three of my children see her. She is the absolute best! The office staff and nurses are great as well! Never had any issues in the six years that we have been going.

My daughter takes my grandsons to this clinic. Dr Dycus is the only provider that she feels comfortable with. I have been with her to one of the visits. The NP was rude and impatient. My daughter reported to me that she left your office after having her two youngest children seen, in tears. She said the provider was sarcastic, rude, and she believes that your clinic automatically gives less attention and care to the children when they see that they have Medicaid.

She was rushed through the visit and the needs of her very young children were NOT met! VERY unprofessional. I asked my daughter to make sure she schedules visits when I can accompany her. I will not tolerate this.

The front desk has hung up on me almost every time I've called! Then I call and I'm put on hold AGAIN! But other than that irritating detail, I love my child's doctor; she's very kind and knows what she's talking about. If I had to make a suggestion I'd say not to seem so rushed but other than that, the doctors there are good doctors. As for the environment, it seems a bit run down but clean for the most part. It's difficult to find the entrance and has a small parking lot.

I initially liked this pediatrics office because I felt like I could trust my pediatrician. I was seeing Dr Dycus with my first child. As soon as I had my second and she had me seen 4 times in 1 month for my perfectly healthy baby leading me to believe these were well child visits and routine and covered by insurance. Imagine my horror when I found out that they were not covered and were coded as sick child visits (not well child) and I was billed $360 for WEIGHT CHECKS - that's it!

I spoke with billing about it. She said she would look into it and get back to me. (She never did) I called again and was told they would waive 1 visit but I would have to foot the bill for the rest. She then proceeded to tell me that these visits were routine and all pediatric offices do this, so again, I asked why they were coded as sick visits if they were routine. She didn't have an answer other than that I would still be billed for my visits. So dishonest! I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE!
