My husband goes to this doctor, Dr. Emily Lines, though he is in the process of finding a new one. He switched to her due to insurance not working with his old doctor, and they immediately took him off of his long-standing medication with no plans for a new one. It's been months and, when things got even worse than before he was put on it by his old doctor, they agreed to put him on it again.
It took weeks before they went from "yes, you should be on the old medication" to "here is the prescription". It has since been weeks since then and despite MULTIPLE follow up calls, nearly always hitting voicemail, we still have not gotten the prescription provided to the pharmacy in a way that allows them to fill it. If you're chronically ill or expecting bare minimum levels of care, steer clear.
I've reported Dr. Lines to DORA due to negligence. My husband's health is significantly worse than when he first started because they took him off of a medication that had worked for him for a year at that point only to say "oh, wait, you were right, your old dr was right, and your medical records were right- you DO need this medication! Hope you can wait over a month for us to fix the problem WE caused." I couldn't tell you how many times I have spent HOURS on the phone, back and forth, with this incompetent and completely uncaring office of crooks and liars. They should be shut down and, frankly, Dr. Emily Lines should lose her license.

Office is very difficult to deal with in general Over a hour late for apts PA Miriam Diaz is worst pa I've ever had to deal with completely careless does not pay attention to patient needs or request ignores what patient states in regard to symptoms patient experiencing instead does what she sees fit shows that she completely doesn't care by hanging up in patients face when expressing concern

This clinic is amazing! Have been a patient for several years and they have access to several programs and resources. Its a one stop shop that offer medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy & other at several locations. Also, being uninsured is scary but this clinic will help you with insurance or discount programs to avoid being at 100% self pay. I highly recommend anyone looking for providers to go here. Thank you Salud!

The receptionist on the clock this morning at this location just hung up on me and won't answer the clinic phone now. I told her she was being rude, she then told me I was rude when I asked for her name she hung up on me. Suddenly when I call from my phone it goes straight to VM, but if I call private it rings. Regardless if I was rude or not, which I was not I'm the patient. People are dealing with mental break downs, stress and more, customer service especially in the medical field it's your job to maintain your professionalism.

The staff here was amazingly organized and efficient in their distribution of the Covid vaccine. All the safety precautions were taken as people came and went. The clinic was spotless, intake was done quickly, clear explanations were given, and there were smiles all around (under the masks). The perfect example of how to do it well! Congratulations and appreciation to Salud Family Health Center Aurora!

Absolutely atrocious! If you have a non-emergency medical need (help looking at lab results for feedback/possible courses of action) and you are passing by, do not bother calling here. According to the scheduler, if you do not have an Aurora mailing address, they can't see you. And yes, we do have a very good medical insurance.
