I have only good things to say about the sessions my father has with Dr. Friedman. I sit in on all of them because my father has dementia and can't go alone. Even with the change to video sessions they've been doing since April, my father is still very stable and has not been deteriorating badly anymore like he used to before he started seeing Dr. Friedman.

I'm very dissatisfied with the way a employee handled a phone call today. I received a call back after leaving a message. I had to answer the call during a virtual meeting, because I have very important call I am waiting for (not that I have to justify answering my phone). I politely responded "I'm in a virtual meeting, Can call you back?" to which she very unprofessional, rude and condescending manner said "Well, then you shouldn't have picked up your phone?" I was very offended by her, and frankly don't understand why someone so impatient and unprofessional could be employed at a psychiatric facility.
