Dello Russo Laser Vision

Dr. Dello Russo and his staff are simply amazing. I've been wearing glasses for over 20 years and came in to his office believing that maybe I would not qualify for LASIK due to a rather extreme prescription. Dr. Dello Russo reassured me that I was a perfect candidate and he and his team thoroughly explained the entire procedure to me and what I can expect during recovery. The results have been better than I even expected and I cannot thank him enough.

Dr. Dello Russo saved my life. You may think I am being dramatic, but as a truck driver, driving with glasses and contacts has always been a struggle. I heard about Dr. Dello Russo on the radio and decided to come in for a free consultation. Tatyana greeted me and walked me through the whole process. I was lucky enough to be eligble and got the surgery the same day! Dr. Dello Russo is so professional and my surgery was done in minutes.

I was able to return to work in 2 days. My vision has never been better and i no longer have to worry about forgetting my glasses or contacts as I drive cross country. Tatyana was super helpful throughout my recovery process and I called her so many times i am grateful she put up with all my questions. All the staff was so friendly. The office is beautiful and clean.

All my concerns were met. I had a wonderful experience and already sent some of my coworkers over and I recommend anyone that is hesitant to come in and see for yourself! Life-changing.

I really loved coming to the doctor. Dr. Jeffery DelloRusso was amazing. Tatiana really helped me through out I was in contact with her. She kept in touch with me to make sure I was not in pain and felt comfortable. Dr Irida was also very sweet. She was kind and caring to the health of her patients Update : It is now 2022 of march! I can see the world clearly.

I don't need glasses. One thing tho before I used to wear colored contacts and I really wanted to wear them after surgery. I can't wear them because my lens size has changed after surgery. I did get super expensive ones from after getting my cornea measured. However now when I wear them it gives me migraines. It's still fine tho because I am glasses free. My vision is fine as well.

My vision used to be so blurry, had a grade of around 4.75, so I decided to do lasik and was recommended this place. They were professional and informative. The surgery took around 5 minutes and was painless. They also make sure to give you the proper medications for the healing process afterwards. I can see so clear now! Waited 2.5hrs for a free appointment based consultation and was referred to a specialist the following week. At the second appointment, I waited 1hr after my appointment time and still wasn't seen which I paid for. What is the point to have an appointment time if they are so inaccurate? Today I left without being seen and asked for a refund. Very poor service. Can't trust a group to keep a reasonable appointment time, never mind any surgery down the line.

Russo's was an amazing experience. This really is life changing and the staff made it so easy for me. Everyone was so nice and understanding. It was a quick and easy process from consultation to procedure was just a few days. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get lasik.

I would recommend any to come to Dello Russo Laser Vision, from my family, friends, and Alien beyond the stars. Everyone in the office treated me with care, compassion, and provided all the information I needed to make a informative decision on getting the surgery. Let me tell you it was the best decision I made. I cried when I tried to put on my glasses back on, they were blurry because my vision was corrected immediately after my procedure (results may vary). They are very sweet and impressive until they get you to have the surgery. I ended up getting my eye surgery with doctor Dello Russo in the Downtown Brooklyn location. Although I have other family members and friends that had it done successfully with a different doctor and for half the price! Yes you read right, being nervous and thinking that since it cost more money it must be better, I went with Dr. Dello Russo. Well.

I learned that that's not necessarily true. When I scheduled the first and second follow up appointments, I asked if the can send me a reminder to which they said they don't have that system. We are in 2022! I would need to write it down and remember. So I did. My next appointment was in six months and dealing with a few deaths due to the pandemic it slipped my mind.

I was frustrated and when I called to explain the situation Tatyana got all defensive and said that the automatic system tried reaching out to me twice! I never received a call or text or voicemail mail or email or mail or anything! She was very impatient saying she's very busy and doesn't have time and that I should just book another appointment.

I still haven't received a confirmation notification from them for my appointment. o well. Meanwhile, I feel stupid since I paid double the price of my family and friends, they received notification and reminders and they share about their positive experience. I definitely see better without my glasses but to say that I see perfectly? No. Especially in low lighting, LED and nights. I need to squint often to see well.

I am so grateful to doctor Dello Russo for doing my lasik eye surgery. Doctor Irida was really helpful and sweet. And Tatiana was amazing when it came to communication and making sure the recovery went well. This surgery is literally life changing, I really recommend this place if you think of this procedure in the future. You will be in good hands all throughout!

Been waiting 2 hours just to get a 15 min operation. They need to be more organized and efficient. This is ridiculous

I got my lasik procedure in April 2021 and it was quick, easy and painless. I have been to a couple of consultations and this was the only place that offered same day surgery on the consultation day. It was great and I couldn't have been happier. My vision now is 20/15, I couldn't be happier.

Just left the office and would like to express my disbelief with the lack of care and respect. I got LASIK done with Dr. Dello Russo back in 2016 and had a great experience however, my vision started to go bad again and I decided to come back here so I could get an enhancement. This so called "Dr." which I didn't get the name (not Dello Russo) walks in the room with headphones in his ears, chewing gum, phone rang a couple times and after a little exam he tells me "yeah u could benefit from a little touch up" mind you my vision is -1.00.

I asked a few questions, for which he had no straight answers and avoided eye contact. When I asked for pricing he told me $1500 per eye for a surgery that according to him is less invasive and just a touch up. So I proceeded to tell him I didn't think was going to be so much when my vision wasn't as bad as it was the first time (-4.75) and I only paid $1800 per eye, he said well "you got a bargain because now we charge 3300 per eye and the radio discount is for first time only (I never asked for the radio discount)" I said "ok I'll have to weight in my options then and as I was going to ask another question he got up and said "ok! give us a call if you decide anything" and walked away.

After all that I walked away as well without saying another word. My decision? I will look for a place where people actually care about their patients and not only their money. Shame because Dr. Dello Russo was amazing with me the first time to bad he has unprofessional, arrogant staff. Ps. Back when I did my first surgery they harassed me to give them a Five star review.

I was there about 3 months ago, after being referred by my cousin. Everyone there was really nice, especially security guard looking Michael. He looks like he's a security guard from a bar or something. They explained everything to me and answered my list of questions. I scheduled my appoint for the following week. They also offer 0% financing for 2 years.

I went in the following week. I had major anxiety, they were able to calm me down. I went into the room where the procedure was done and was finished maybe a minute later. I walked out seeing really good without my glasses. I live about an hour away, my eyes we're tearing and burning a bit on the way home. I got home 6 and feel asleep. I woke up around 11 and was practically 100%.

I stayed up for a while and watched TV. To my surprise, (security guard looking) Michael texted me to see if was ok. I followed the recovery instructions to a T. Three months later, I'm healed 100%. Sure, they bang the people out. I don't look at that as an assembly line, I look at it as they mastered what they do. I wish I could give these guys 10 stars. I highly recommend them. Couldn't be happier with the whole crew and the procedure!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience, the staff at the NJ location was very friendly and informative with any questions or concerns I had. The procedure itself was quick and easy. To any one considering lasik I would definitely recommend Dello Russo. At least give the free consultation a shot and see for yourself

The greediness here is quite evident in its lack of amenities. Examples: no hand towels in bathroom so people don't have to touch bathroom door handles. The hand dryers are old & low power puffing. No working water cooler in main surgery waiting area. They offer a pot of coffee with powdered creamer. Even my car dealership service department offers liquid creamer.

This is a busy practice with other offices. I've been here approx. 4-5 times to escort someone getting treated here. Its a mill! They're bringing in money. Treat your patients with a little more respect.

Had my eyes done here in Sept of 2018. The procedure was quick, the staff is great. Margarita and the office staff are always friendly and accommodating. Dr Dello Russo is awesome, made me feel at ease with procedure and Dr Mike was great to with my follow up. Wish I did sooner! This place didn't read the book, they wrote the book.

I was here yesterday for a consultation. When I read the reviews I thought I was going to wait long. I didn't; I made an appointment for 3:30pm and I think they called me in a little after I read and signed some papers. The secretary was nice too but I did forget her name. First I met with Margarita. She was awesome and she made me feel comfortable.

She took pictures of my eyes. Then I met with Mike, he was cool and made me feel comfortable as well. He examined my eyes, like a regular eye doctor. Then I met with Dr. Dello Russo ( the og ) we spoke and he said which procedure was good for me and why it was good for me and why I should get this procedure. I felt super comfortable talking to him as well.

He examined my eyes too and the back of my eyes. We spoke more about what he does and he also mentioned his sons. Then I met Ahmed. He was also super nice. The whole office team were awesome. Before I came here I went to two other places which were Manhattan Lasik Center and Norden Laser vision. They were both good but not good enough for me to do my eyes there.

I felt more comfortable and more confident with Dello Russo lasik center (In Bergenfield) Plus I wanted it to be somewhere close to me. Dello Russo will be on vacation soon so I made sure I caught him before he leaves. My procedure will be on June 21st, 2019. I will update this in 3 months from that date. Wish me luck!
