Vantage Health System is committed to a treatment philosophy of recovery and wellness. In contrast to the traditional medical model based on the treatment of illness, a recovery model is based on the goals, preferences, interests and strengths of the individual. Recovery is defined as the personal process of overcoming the negative impact of a mental illness, despite its continued presence.
When we think about cancer, heart disease, or diabetes, we don't wait years to treat them. We begin with prevention. So why don't we do the same for individuals who are dealing with addiction health concerns? This specialized program provides comprehensive, integrated services for persons seeking to overcome problem gambling, alcohol/drug, and other addictions.
Vantage Health System owns and operates a continuum of residential services serving individuals with mental illness, many of whom were homeless. We provide the property management, operations and clinical support services to eighty-two individuals living in two long term, two transitional, and thirteen permanent supported housing residences located in towns across Bergen County NJ.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO EVER SEEK HELP. I was involved and medicated with another facility who referred me to these people. FOR months it was impossible to get a proper intake, along with ANY therapy. IT WAS three months before I COULD get incontact with a doctor for medicine. It is truly despicable that when you are in need of help you can not even get any from a place that is willing to provide it. Especially after this year you would think, mental health would be a priority for facilities. DO NOT BOTHER WORKING WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Have dealt with them for a while moved away and recently being back in the are I began to attend again. And my service has always been terrific my Doctor has worked with me to find the right combination of Meds and treatment to truly help I have never had any bad experiences here and I see my Doctor every 3-4 weeks.

This place use to be awesome place in 2015. I moved back from Florida to go back and the receptionist is rude. I was told " they don't have any psychiatrist at the moment and to call in 8wks". I called again more then 8wks later and sounds like the same receptionist saying the same thing. This place is unprofessional for people who really needs mental healthcare. I really want to give this place zero star or a negative.
