A newer in office technique for minimally invasive treatment of sinus problems. Can be performed in the office as well as in the operative setting of endoscopic sinus surgery. I had a great experience with the office in Canandaigua. Dr. Kazza was patient and knowledgeable. I have a thyroglossal duct cyst and had no idea what it was, a painful lump in my throat. I had a very expensive vacation planned and was worried about leaving the country with this issue. Dr. Kazza saw me within 5 days and definitely made me feel comfortable.
I'm awaiting surgery to have it removed and feel I'm in good hands. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because of all the CT scans and ultrasounds. It is becoming very expensive but I assume it's for my own safety. Thank you to the doctors and staff.
