TRILLIUM in reality is an eugenic arm of the university of Rochester targeting specific minority communities. As a patient for several years and not part of the minority communities targeted by false advertising and facebook P. R. Campaigns. This place is not inclusive of older white sane adult Transgender Women who served years prior in the military.
They see veterans as a imaginary threat and provided horrible abusive negligent health care, attempting to thwart progress at every turn. Then finally like they did to others that are not the targeted minority, threw me under the bus squarely and wrongfully. They do not care about your well being and thier intentional actions caused irreparable harm.
They are a threat to life and safety and break laws and violate human civil rights. I seek reparations and justice. I do not have access to any healthcare thanks to this corrupt place. Avoid trillium and visit Trillium Health Complaints on Facebook.

Terrible service. I've gone to Trilium for the past 5 years and they have gone down hill. I have been very patient but I've learned that patience only puts you at the bottom of the list with them. I have had stomach issues for a long time. They were supposed to refer me to a specialist, but after couple months of no response I called the specialist myself to learn that the referral was never sent.
I called the office, for someone to forward me to leave a voicemail. This happened on two occasions but no one will get back to me and it has now been two weeks. In addition, the doctor is MIA. I take medicine and it's been weeks since it was supposed to be refilled. My pharmacy has sent multiple messages but the doctor will not sign or respond back.
I have called in regarding this issue, only fr the nurses to tell me that they ar sending the doctor notes. On multiple occasions they have put me on hold and then never came back to me. I had to call back I and complain for the lady to then do the same exact thing to me. If you have a life threatening illness do not go here.

Most of the people who I've met working there are wonderful; kind, caring and empathetic healthcare professionals. However as a company they have serious problems. They seem to have completely inadequate scheduling and organization. For instance I've gone in for an appointment about four or five times in a six month period, however their Prep team was somehow unable to reach me in that six month period and I was dropped from my medication.
This is even though I've specifically asked about prep, and tried to contact them a number of times. What's worse is they then guilted me for their own lack of organization. The employees say they'll send a message to the pharmacy or the doctor or whoever, but either that never happens or they don't read it. I had set up delivery for prescriptions which suddenly and without warning was dropped.
I just went in for a primary care and none of my prescriptions were refilled. So I've been out of medication for weeks. It's hard to schedule, usually you have to make an appointment months in advance, and often that'll be rescheduled with little notice. A big problem they seem to have is employee retention. I've had three therapists move on to better jobs within a year, and I've known at least as many doctors who have left -including my primary care doctor.
I don't know what the pay or working conditions are but it seems to be a serious problem which effects the organization as a whole. And then there's the trans care team which was supposed to help me schedule a surgery, and then proceeded to do nothing for six months, ignoring calls and messages, before finally providing the general number for NYU medicine and telling me to schedule it and do everything myself. I know healthcare is ranked horribly in upstate NY in general, but if you're considering trillium be warned.

Overall unprofessional. Did not book my appointment correctly or bill insurance correctly. Extremely judgement which is surprising based on their mission. I was scolded for drinking orange juice due to my occasional heartburn even though it doesn't trigger my heartburn. The only positive is I have heard from friends that they can be great at working with NYS to get you insurance coverage should be you between jobs

I've been a patient at Trillium since 1997 back when it was CHN on South Ave. Many changes over the years and constant staff turnover. During my most recent visit to pickup a prescription from the on-site pharmacy, I witnessed a young person vaping in front of the entrance door. Security stationed just inside the door obviously not paying any attention to the surroundings.
Very concerning since this is a health care facility. The pharmacy used to great place to visit and that has changed as well. They only want to send you scripts by mail and when you speak to them on the phone the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I scheduled an appointment back in January where they didn't have any appointments available until now. I made arrangements elsewhere in the meantime and cancelled my appointment here some time ago Got another appointment reminder yesterday and cancelled again. I then woke up to a voicemail telling me that my appointment had to be cancelled because the provider didn't come in today.
So I had an appointment for an issue that resolved itself before I was seen, a lack of attention in cancelling that unnecessary appointment, and apparently the doctor would have just flaked on me if I'd kept the appointment anyway.

I really don't know where the breakdown in communication is between departments but it's not good. Here I am on my fourth day without Lexapro. A medication that was prescribed by this office that requires authorization whenever I renew but the authorization never comes through the pills are always 5 days late I'm starting to feel weird I've been in that office every single day last week the same thing happened with my prep prescription that I didn't have for several days I don't know who I'm supposed to call besides the pharmacy and the office over and over again.
This isn't the first weird thing that's happened one time I got a call from the lab saying they need to talk to me about my results and I couldn't get anyone back on the phone for several days. Know if you just do not have an office manager but if you do that person needs to be fired because this is our medicine our lives and our health and I really feel like you've left me slipping through the cracks on many occasions.

There are a few reasons I will be returning back to trillium. A few years ago I was unhappy with the service and professionalism both in the clinic and the pharmacy. Also just how disrespected I felt in those environments. However, about three months ago I returned to the practice as my partner told me how delighted they were there. And to my surprise, now I'm switching all services to trillium as I am in awe of some of the people I have met.
The prep team is amazing, and Dennis is so great at his job. He makes me feel welcom and I can tell when he is smiling even under the mask. He and Ellie really make my days when I go to my appointments. Ellie also is very good at her job. However, the reception staff in the clinic could be more personable. For example, another few good staff members who are personal are from the pharmacy.
I forget the man's name, but he is a tall Latin man with a sweet way around him. He's professional, knows what he's talking about, and he is so upbeat. I've seen him while waiting for my medication and I see how hard he works. And I hope he is recognized as such. But the other pharmacy person I actually got his name due to him always waiting on me.
If you ever go to the pharmacy and want quick, efficient and friendly service you're gonna wanna look for Lucas. He makes my visit everytime. He works as hard as he other man from what I see, even when I have seen his other staff be unkind to him, which happened right in front of me during a talk they had to give me. Ive watched both of these pharmacy staff defuse situations, make connections with patients, and just try to make their days a little better with kindness.
And my doctor, Scrutaru, he helps me and understands my health and actually listens to me. He has gone above and beyond compared to other doctors I've had in the past. He also understands my sense of humor regarding health things. Oh and my partner and I just recently started using the food cupboard. And it's nice not to feel shamed about needing help.
They take care of us. And Jen is so nice! And really funny? The rest of them are amazing as well. I left originally because the practice left a sour taste in my mouth. Now I come in and it feels like family. Keep up the good work! And I'll be recommending my friends back here.

They are horrible at sending referrals to specialists. My referral was sent out by Trilliam to my insurance on the end of the day on the 27th, and my insurance got back to trillium at 8 AM on the 30th. My referral did not leave their desk and get faxed out until I made them do it on October 15th. And in between that time I had to be hospitalized, doesn't seem like a very caring referral staff, and staffing shortage is really not that great of an excuse.

The care when I'm actually in the facility physically is great, but they have now messed up my prescription three times in a row-which is every time since I started going here. I've called and never been called back, and spoken with a nurse who said that my refill was submitted and it never was. MORE THAN ONCE THIS HAS HAPPENED. Being closed on the weekend, they've left me out to dry without my medication every time I've needed a refill. Reading other reviews, it seems this is common with this practice. Not. Impressed.

I saw doctor Tripp since before he came to Trillium, but coming here is honestly even better. Dr. Tripp is over all one of the most enjoyable and relaxing doctors I've ever been of patient of. He will do everything in his power to make sure you know you're well taken care of and comfortable! On top of that at trillium the nurses are awesome and available! Crystal- what an amazing nurse she is Wonderful, keeps you comfortable and funny!
She does an amazing job at her job every time! Even the receptionists are amazing there. I can say I haven't had a better review for a doctor before, so I just wanted to make sure I wrote it for the public to know. Ladies if you're looking for a nonjudgmental and comfortable doctor look no further than here

Turn over is always evident there. I can see this because the community in which they serve has this false entitlement where they feel it appropriate to treat a pharm tech like garbage. even though MOST the time they only have 1.00 co-pay in which I understand is optional or free. I am NOT impressed by whose ever in charge of the Pharmacy. I see dramatic changes with NO follow up or monitor for follow through.
I see the process in which they want to do to aid with the flow of traffic but NO direction is provided and when you walk in there are signs, but they will direct you where its convenient for the time. I don't want everyone all in my business since the check out is right next to the seating area. I cringe every-time I have to wait because there is always a scene in the waiting room, derogative conversation in the lobby or the famous outside smokers.
Security sits right there and does not do anything. Lastly- when you call pharmacy, you get a call center - the hours posted on the website are NOT accurate as they disclose it MAY or MAY NOT be open. I find this very unprofessional and people rely on medication. Its been 7 months and I waited over 4.8 hours ( TOTAL TIME - I have an app for that) in the sitting area, consulted for 1 hour, ran back and forth from DR to Pharm to clarify and communicate to get what I needed and FINALLY going to the pharmacy to get meds on Christmas Eve to find out they decided to close.
I tried to call today for new years eve. no live person and I get directed to a call center in which I hold until I hang up. I have questioned this several times and I NEVER have had more issues in my lifetime and that's the truth without the drama. I finally had the talk off with my partner who states my attitude changes with I leave the Trillium facility therefore Its time I switch it up and move to a location that's more smoother and dependable. I may not remember everyone's names, but I remember always how I felt.

This review is for the pharmacy. It's not my regular pharmacy, but when I needed an emergency prescription, they came through. Everyone I talked to on the phone and at the counter was friendly and helpful, and my prescription was ready in about 30 minutes. It was a relief to be able to leave work and get back in a reasonable amount of time with fast and courteous service.

I was a patient of there's for over 2 years, unfortunately I lived in the Corning area and couldn't make it there. They did have an office and bath which was closer and great. Trillium health was the worst! My first case manager, he was awesome! Called me every Monday to make sure my weekend went great and called me every Friday to make sure I had everything I needed for the weekend.
Unfortunately the funding shifted and I had to get a new case manager. She was the worst, everytime I called her for something she was not there. Never returned any of my calls. One of the workers in bath had brought it up to a supervisor or somebody above her but they told her that it probably because I was more comfortable talking to her that I was with the case manager. Sadly that wasn't the truth.
My case manager must have been overworked or had too many clients to keep up with that the ones that weren't around Rochester were sadly ignored. Then with the transportation program the gentleman there was being moved to a different department and somebody new came on that never once got a hold of me. Turns out she decided to move to a different department.
Still no one at Trillium health decided to reach out and tell anybody about it. Now today months later I receive a letter in the mail from the new Transportation person telling me that I have missed appointments or they have not been able to get ahold of me. I wonder why, their lack of communication with their patients is very pissed poor.

I have had a really good experience so far with my nurse Cynthia and PA Erin Grindle. I feel really lucky to have found them. I have had good results with expressing my needs to staff and feeling heard and understood. It's very hard to find competent, trauma-informed professionals. Trillium might not be perfect, but I really appreciate their mission.

This is a horrible place to receive medical care. The lack of privacy is an issue. Patients crowd the waiting room. The doctors are not timely. Phone calls are not returned. The caseworker was rude and talked down to me like I was a child. I will go somewhere else where i will be treated with respect and dignity. No thanks Trillium.
