I appreciate Tori! She listens to my concerns and questions! Before the procedure she assessed snd explained what I might experience and how it will feel. During the procedure she is gentle, making sure I feel ok. She is compassionate and caring, open to staff's needs (other staff came in asking questions that she would answer). She is very patient and caring!

Tori Grasta at Q and the medical spa did an AMAZING job with my lip fillers, she made me feel comfortable the entire time, made sure i wasn't in any pain and did everything she could to make my lips as perfect and natural for me as she could!
