Our mission is to provide exceptional health care for your child from birth to young adulthood. We believe it is essential to focus on preventative care and health education, and that both parent and child should play a role in this process, especially as your child ages. We believe this is of such importance that we are now certified as a Level 3 (highest level) Patient-Centered Medical Home. A patient portal which allows you to receive forms, request refills, and even send secure messages to us right from home.
Caring for children is a privilege that we both enjoy and take seriously. This journey starts right from birth, when we will support you with breastfeeding advice, commiserate with you through those sleepless nights (we've all been there!), and monitor your baby's growth and development. We will continue to help and adivse you through tantrums and toilet training, picky eating and sibling rivalries, academics and sports injuries, proms and college applications. Then we'd love to meet you! We encourage all our first-time expecting parents to come in for a pre-birth visit to meet us, see the office, and learn more about us.

The best pediatric office around. Accommodating office hours are amazing, staff and providers are brilliant. They have so many services on-site, it makes for an easy one-stop shop trip, usually. The care and compassion is truly remarkable. From the front desk to the nurses, to the back staff and providers, we love love love them!

I have been going to PPG for years with my 5 children. They have been nothing but fantastic. They are open until late most nights so the kids don't need to miss school the next day if they are sick. All of the providers have been great. The staff is friendly and professional. I have never felt rushed or unheard. They diagnosed my daughter with Graves disease base on findings on a routine physical - this prevented her from getting really sick.

If zero stars were available. Be ready to fight for your child every step of the way. The office staff is incredibly unprofessional, just plain argumentative, unhelpful. I've had a ton of problems with nurses and one provider. They act like you owe them a medal for working during a pandemic. guess what. I'm in healthcare too.so.um.no one owes you anything. Good healthcare for kids seems hard to find in Rochester and this is very sad state of affairs.

Been going here for 16 years. Very disturbing the decline of care. My daughter went today for severe mouth pain. No one checked her temp, blood pressure, weight, lungs, heart, asked covid questions, etc. The only thing looked at was mouth very quickly. We were not at peace with the diagnosis and will head to urgent care next time. Very sad the lack of care. That 3 minute time with a provider will cost us well over $100 dollars.

This doctors office has too many patience for the number of staff members working at any given time. Every single month my prescriptions are 2-5 days late to the pharmacy despite me calling them in 2-3 days early. DO NOT recommend this doctors office at all. This is a sad review for me to write because I have been a patient here for my entire life's. In the last few years they have steadily declined in the service that they provide!

Took my son here when we first moved to the area for his 6mo, 8mo check up. Also tried to place my 4 yo here for his annual physical. Doctor Colton is amazing, never had a negative experience with the doctor. I did experience poor treatment from the secretaries and admin staff on multiple occassions (also mix up and confusion of information regarding immunization records).
I've never met a group of staff members who were clearly impartial about helping others especially when it comes to a pediatrics office where you're working with young children. As one of the reviews said below, it's unfortunate that a group of great doctors are represented by a group like that especially when they're the first faces you see and interact with. Good luck

Admin staff is abhorrent. Don't expect any adequate level of client service here, DO expect the bare minimum in support and directive to "use the patient portal for that." The clinical staff is superb (which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1), and it's a shame they're represented so poorly by the front of the house staff - the first people seen and interacted with by patients.

Absolutely LOVE this practice! They have great hours to accommodate all. My child has been with them for 12 years and they always exceed our expectations. Dr Machiele, Ann Marie Kidd NP and the whole team is wonderful. The front desk is also always warm and friendly. Can't say enough great things about this amazing practice!

I've been going to Panorama Pediactrics since I was a baby! Great pediatricians. As far as nurses and Secretaries don't expect them to let your doctor know of any questions or concerns you have until the following day. Also if you're not technologically advanced this office probably won't be a great fit as they will interrupt your concerns on the phone to tell you that you should use the online patient portal instead. Additionally, over the years this office has made me feel like a customer rather than a patient.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Panorama Peds! My doctor is an angel and always makes sure that she can fit me into her schedule and the after hours are great! I would much rather go here on the weekends than have to go to urgent care or the emergency room. My doctor is the most kind and caring person and she really knows what she is doing and never makes you feel rushed. The nurses and receptionists are nice as well!

I have never heard sooooo many excuses for why an appointment cannot be made. they only book annual wellness visits during the day 9am - 4pm; they book them three months in advance; they don't book them the week after Christmas. How is this good customer service at all? As a single parent that does not take any time off work during the day because I do not want to forfeit the income I look for doctors' offices that accommodate evening and weekend hours. Jane Pardee, MD our pediatrician works in an office that has evening and weekend hours. however, they won't make appointments during the evening or weekend. Again, how does this make any sense or provide any customer service AT ALL?

This place is like a well oiled machine. They always see us ON time, they have amazing hours for parents who work full time/ the typical 8-5. Dr. Sullo is our boys' pediatrician and we absolutely love him, he and his staff are very knowledgeable and thorough. Every provider we have ever seen has always taken our concerns to heart and made us feel very comfortable.
The front desk staff girls are straight to the point and the nurses are on top of their game. "I need their updated wellness report for daycare" to which they respond "I have that right here for you". whaaattt? Love them! My 4 yr old just had his well check on his bday and had to get 1 shot in each arm- DIDN'T even cry. LOVE THIS PRACTICE!

I went to panorama pediatrics as a child and have brought my children for many years. I've always vaccinated on an alternative schedule and it was never a problem. I just brought my one week old in for her well baby visit and they told me they would no longer see her (starting today) unless I vaccinated her fully by age two. I respect their choice but to not provide adequate notice and to leave a one week old baby without a doctor is unethical.
Clearly they don't care about their patients as much as vaccination politics. My stance has never changed- theirs has. I should have been informed when I registered her during my pregnancy.
