We created Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care because we realize that most patients waiting in the Emergency Room for treatment are not there for life threatening emergencies, yet still need care that is not available in most pediatric offices. To become the premier pediatric urgent care provider in Texas; offering care for all children in our communities.
Our pediatric urgent care clinics are located in the San Antonio, New Braunfels, and Dallas areas. Now you can save your spot and get in line before leaving your home. It's easy! Upon arrival, you will complete the registration process. After this, you will receive a live waitlist of where you are in line and can wait comfortably in your car or elsewhere. This is not an appointment. Time slots are estimates and we will do our best to see you in a timely manner.

Needed my son to be seen as soon as possible and I was able to make an appointment the same day. We arrived early and didn't have to wait too long to be called back. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This was our second time visiting and would definitely recommend to anyone with a sick child.

Dr. Claudia and Ahmed, the RN, were AMAZING with my daughter. Very patient, explained what was going on and options to the cure. Made my baby girl feel very comfortable to allow them to treat her. The staff was friendly, as well. Check in online was simple and fast for being called into clinic. Always bring my babies to little spurs! Thank you all!

Everytime I've been there, they are so nice and quick. I scheduled an appointment online for my son to be seen at the office. I filled everything out before taking him. When we got there we just signed in, waited maybe 5 minutes and he was seen right away. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. The staff.all the staff, from the people upfront, to the nurse and the doctor.all great people. Wonderful experience.

My son had a minor cut. This urgent care was recommended by our pediatrician. It was an easy appointment process online. You could select an appointment time, check wait time, check in online, paperwork through the app. For a first time patient, it was a quick and easy process. And of course the care- the nurse and medical assistant were kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, patient, engaging and helped get his cut cleaned up. Thankfully, he didn't need glue or stitches. Hopefully I don't have to come back, but I feel prepared knowing Little Spurs is easily accessible and if I need urgent care again, I would come here.

Everyone from the front desk, MA, and Dr was so sweet and welcoming during my visit. Even though I went right before closing they showed my daughter and I excellent care and had wonderful attitudes through it all. Unlike other places/people when it's right before closing. I was able to get my baby some help and tips with the cough she's experiencing. Thank you so much to this staff, Luna and I are grateful for people like you.

I took my 4 year old daughter to this urgent care for a Covid test. The attention and extra care they took put her and I at ease. In addition, we were walk-ins and it took only 30-45 minutes to be called back. I also want to shout out the on-line system, very user friendly and even told us where we were in line. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I had the best experience ever. Since the nurse to the Doctor, everyone was wonderful. I got there with my baby boy, they took care of us quickly. I mean within 15 minutes. The nurse was super nice, took the time to listen, and the doctor. she is AMAZING. Her name is Dr. Maria N. Best pediatrician, best service that I have ever received. I wish I could keep her as my kids pediatrician. I absolutely LOVE her!

From beginning to end all staff were very friendly. The wait was a little long but it was expected with the pandemic and all. The visit was worth the wait. The MA was very nice. The PA was nice as well. I am glad I took my son here. The clinic is clean. Very pleasant visit. I recommend and will return in the future if needed. I like the option to wait in the car and check in and wait to be called.
I like Solv the site they use to check in it is very easy to use and understand. I love love love that the app tells you how many people are before you so you know what place you are in line.

It's been a great experience each time I've had to use this urgent care clinic. They are great with kids! Very thorough and patient. Love the doctors care and attention they give to my granddaughter. Wait time was not bad at all. Used on line check in and was seen in no time after my arrival. Great bedside manner from nurses and doctors and a very friendly staff. Definitely would recommend to my family and friends.
