The front staff is rude and this is the second time we've booked with centromed and arrive at the appointment to be told there's a 2 hour wait time. i do not ever recommend wasting your time booking an appt here if you can avoid it

This place is shameless! We called on the phone and they said there would be a discount for my grandma as she does not work and we needed to pay everything cash. Once we arrived to the place the receptionist explained to us how the only discount available was $10 to go in and talked to him, but depending how sick you were and how much he needed to spend with you it could perfectly go above $190 as the doctor saw fit.

This price didn't include anything else just the 15 minutes a person usually spends with a doctor before his next appointment. If you want to save time just to a doctor who is straight up about the standard prices and not charges you based on his feeling about you for the day.

Do not go here at all. I am SO DISAPPOINTED that this center does not care for your health being at all. They made reschedule (last month to this month) to see a female doctor. Cause I am uncomfortable to see a male doctor. I WAITED FOR A MONTH TO SEE A DOCTOR (physically) AND TELLING ME I HAVE TO DO IT OVER THE PHONE. Are you freaking serious? I just want a check up and the lady that call me to tell me was rude. I am never coming to this clinic if the staff is rude, doesn't care for your health being, etc.

I was about to leave a bad review. I saw the other reviews with a response phone number. So I decided to call the number first. Ann Marie, took care of us above and beyond. She took quick care of all our concerns. Although we will be changing offices, I am very happy with her dedication to helping us resolve our bad experience.

Cento Med has been wonderful to my family specifically in helping us with healthcare. We are grateful to the agents who sign up people and especially to Monica who went above and beyond in helping us. Thank you Centro Med.

OBGYN- Horrible wait time, even if your 15 mins early or on time. Nurses are not welcoming at all which shows why they have a 2.5 rating. I was waiting in a room for 45 min naked to not even be seen by a doctor, and the nurse had the nerve to ask wha don't you wanna be seen after all. I need a new obgyn ASAP

I have been coming here for past two years, for my wife's obgyn, Dr. Santiago was so wonderful taking care of my wife during her pregnancy and then my boy's pediatrician, Doctor Dan is a wonderful human being, and he cares for my boy more like, uncle Dan. There has been times we were in and out and there has been times we had lengthy waits. Overall, good experience.

I tried Acacia OBGYN and Almouie pediatrics too. But always came back to this clinic. When it comes to non emergency medical care, I think waiting is always a part of the equation. As long as, my loved ones are taken care of properly and professionally, and since this is what we have experienced very consistently so waiting hasn't been a big deal really.

What a nightmare this place is! My daughter is 18 and the first time she had to go to a family Dr. Not a pediatrician. Had been trying to get an appt for months, she did have blood work done ordered by her pedi but can not get results because of her age. The ladies at the reception desk (family practice) insisted after a 2 month wait for an appt they do not take chip ins.

But Aetna chip told me it's good till she's 19. I could go on an on at the end of the day they wouldn't even call to verify. I won't lie I was very upset and possibly loud but they didn't know for sure so we're all looking through their hand books. Wanna charge me $159.00 for a visit when I know Centro med takes chip! I've been coming here since she was little. So frustrated with this place, yes they let me see the Dr. Told me they'd bill me if they found out they didn't take ins. When they were so sure they didn't. Smh

My girlfriend was waiting over 1 hour for her appointment. They checked her vitals and sent her back to the waiting room cause the rooms were full and here we are 1 hour later after the appointment still waiting. And waiting. I just want to see my baby in the sonogram.

Had a virtual appointment with a dr for my child! That needed Medicine said she was going to call it in and never did! Not once. The next day I called 3x! Was ignored never called back and then hung up on! My kid is sick and needs the meds to properly heal after being ignored all week. This is just sad and shows they do not care about patients. The dr doesn't care to even call in the meds but my insurance was sure billed. I am upset as a parent with a sick child and no one seems to care at this place. I would give this place 0 stars for my experience with a child!

Centromed has faild on every count. Incompetant staff, doctors, and management. They will outright fabricate records. Tell you anything and later say they did not. Five years ago, I read the reviews here and couldn't believe what this company is getting away with. I was stupid enough to go there. they need to be investigated.by someone competant and not part of the system.

If I could give the place Zero stars I would. I cannot say it enough to anyone who hasn't come here yet. DONT. I've been a patient for years and I'm baffled by how unprofessional and completely incompetent the staff there is. I've had issues with lost records, which is serious and was never addressed. As well as them making me re-take tests I had already taken because THEY lost my records.

I had to go through my pharmacist to prove I had in fact seen their OBGYN before, and even then they couldn't help me. I've had issues with billing to the point I would call it gross negligence. Every visit I asked about co-pay or how much it would be and I was always told nothing. And I foolishly believed it because I was receiving bills for my lab work.

But it came out that not only were they not sending me bills or taking co-pay but because I was left in the dark for so long I was shocked to find out about a bill of such a large sum that it's ridiculous and to hefty to pay out or even know where to start. I've had to deal with my doctor prescribing me pain medication but the staff never sending it out to the pharmacy even after so many calls. Calls of being told it would be handled and it never was to the point of getting to my next doctors appointment and having to deal with the pain, and my doctor saying she sent the prescription to be sent.

And just today I had a phone visit, at 11am for some results that I'm very anxious to review, and even after calling them from 1pm, onwards every hour I never spoke to my doctor. Only to know it's closed now. Do not come here, they do not care about you, and the hassle is not worth it.

I really loved my OBGYN (Diana Santiago) she was super sweet and helped along all 3 of my pregnancy. (She isn't at the clinic anymore sadly) they always been super nice to me and my sons pediatrician is awesome as well.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, save yourself the headache please and take yourself to a different clinic. I go here for OBGYN purposes due to me being pregnant and let me tell you. It's literally like they can care less about you. I've called to ask questions before taking myself to the hospital to see if it was serious or if over reacting. (First time mom) I started to bleed when I was about 7 months pregnant due to a bad kidney infection and they literally got back to me in 6 BUSINESS days telling me I should take myself to the hospital!

Take goodnesses I knew someone who went through something similar and she was the one who told me I needed to go back to the hospital immediately. I was in the hospital for 4 days. The doctors (the one in the hospital) said if I would have waited just a little bit longer it could have been extremely bad for me possibly even losing a kidney. Absolutely horrible.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. And honestly I NEVER have been the person to write a review and complain but this place is just not the place to go. Please do research before coming here it's just not worth it.

Doctor Lewis spencer is my pcp and if I could give this office zero stars I would. I have been trying to get a form filled out for 7 weeks, one page form that would literally take 3 minutes to fill out. The doctor refuses to do it and is trying to force me to go in for a visit. That is blatant medical waste. Multiple phone calls with their rude answering service being told I can't speak to someone in office only to be transferred to someone in office is appalling. Being spoken over and completely disregarded is not the way to treat patients.

The CentroMed at City Base has a PNP Melissa Garcia she has to be the most annoying medical professional I have ever come across. My son Dr is at CentroMed but is always booked of courses when my son gets sick. I have seen her twice and they are dumbest visits I have ever had. First in 2017 she diagnosed my son with asthma. She never gave us anything like an inhaler or prescriptions of any sort. Took my son to another professional at a different he was diagnosed with the flu, given meds.

I go back this year, Jan 2018 my son is sick, to CentroMed. Get her again I am ugh once I see her. She is ignoring me talking to my teenage son about his symptoms. She asked if he ever been diagnosed with asthma he says no then I said NO cuz she was starting to piss my son off. I told her, "you never gave us anything." She looks at her "notes" oh it must of been a virus.

I am WTF! Then checks my son and says he has a virus respiratory to be exact but doesn't prescribe any meds. Just eat soft foods, honey, and hot tea if so. I asked so no meds she is no. I am that is some BS ask for a dr note and leave. The staff is very friendly but she sucks. If anything she mights as well prescribed a fuckin egg and said my son had ojo!

I gave this place a chance for a few years. I won't be coming back. why make an appointment if they keep rescheduling. I lose a day of work, I request off, and they call me the day of in the morning to say Dr. Daniela won't show. They rescheduled me twice. I don't have time for that. I will be looking for a new doctor.
