Dr. Ruiz told my fiancee, who went in with severe allergies, that she has "long lungs" without ordering or looking at an X-ray. She saw another doctor, and an X-ray indicated she had bronchitis. She continues to have severe allergies and the course of treatment prescribed by Dr. Ruiz was ineffective. Good luck if you decide to go with this provider.

The issue we are having isn't necessarily with the medical care, it is with how difficult it is to get anyone to call back to schedule anything. We have been trying to get a food challenge scheduled for many weeks and were really hoping to get it done before the end of the year. We called and were told we had to speak to the person in charge of scheduling the food challenge. Many calls later and we haven't heard back from anyone.

I was a patient there when I was a child, returned as an adult and realized why we stopped going there. The doctor is great but the office staff is not. I was told that I would be covered at 100% for a test I needed done at their office only to get a bill for over $100. Then when I called to speak to the manager about it, not only was I told that they would not do anything to fight with the insurance about it, but that I had to fight with them myself.

To make matters worse I also was told in order to get my own records to fight with my insurance, I had to pay for them. As someone who works for a doctors office this is just terrible. We try to make our patients as happy as possible and if we are ever miss quoted with insurance we do everything we can to fix it. It's sad that not every doctors office is like this. Do not go here if you are wanting to be treated with the upmost respect and care as possible. Much less they terminate with you over balances without reaching out.

Really can't express how much my life has changed since I first met with Dr. Seth. I've been a life long sufferer of allergies and eczema. Dr Seth did allergy testing, started me on shots, and recommended I try out Dupixent. The combination of shots and Dupixent, has been life changing. I can do thing I've never been able to do the first 35 years of my life: -Camp -Hike -Smoke BBQ -Play with my kids in the grass -Mow and not shower immediately afterwords People now aren't even aware that have eczema. My quality of life has increased in ways I truly didn't believe possible after dealing with my allergies and eczema for as long as I did.

Absolutely wonderful experience seeing Dr. Seth today. Staff is efficient and kind, and Dr. Seth has a fantastic bedside manner. She really listened to what I had to say, asked insightful questions, provided me with my treatment options, and wrapped up our visit. I felt like it took exactly the right amount of time from start to finish.

We started going back in 2016 with Dr. Shakouri, and we absolutely love him. If you are looking for someone soft and very sympathetic he's not your guy. He's very black and white. I like facts, I'm black and white too, I don't need emotions, I need my son to be healthier and Dr. Shakouri has helped a lot my son through these years. The staff is amazing, friendly, always with a smile, if you are doing allergy shots, they don't do tons of paperwork, just get there receive the shot, wait for 30 min and done. Dr Seth is so caring, thorough and knowledgeable! She is also straight forward and educated my 11 year old son as well as me about his allergies and asthma. She takes the time to make sure he stays healthy with his conditions. She issues handouts and teaches us the best way to take care of him. I appreciate her so much and know you will love her too! The office staff and nurses are great also.

Fantastic clinic, everyone is incredibly friendly. All the staff will give clear and detailed instructions for any medical treatment. I see Dr. Ali Shakouri and he's friendly, straight forward, and decisive. He knows what the best treatment option is and will explain why and how it will work. I've been to various clinics and never been as satisfied with the care I've received from Texas Regional.

We had an appointment with Dr. Skaouri for our 3 year old. I was amazed by his bed side manner and the way he was able to get through the eyes, ears, and through exams without any fuss from my son. I felt that Dr. Skaouri took his time and truly listened to all of my concerns. So happy to have been referred to such a great doctor.
