Services
At Coppell Associates in Family Medicine, PA, we can provide a wide range of services, but if the situation arises where the services of another specialist are warranted, we will not hesitate to help you obtain those services. We specialize in comprehensive medical care and are dedicated to promoting your good health through preventative medicine and wellness counseling.
As a convenience to you, our insurance personnel will bill your insurance company after receiving proper information and signatures. An insurance identification card must be presented and any co-payment and deductible must be paid at the time of service. In order to be in compliance with your health insurance carrier, all copays and deductibles are to be paid by the patient for services rendered.
If you are an existing patient, we have a free service available called the "Patient Portal." You must have a permanent email address that you check consistently. Use is limited to non-emergency communication and requests. The Portal facilitates communication between appointments. However, the Portal does not replace your scheduled clinic appointments.

I called as a new patient to verify if they took my insurance plan and the lady who does appointments told me to call my insurance to verify. She was too lazy to look it up in her system. I have never been referred to my insurance plan on this kind of issue! Most doctors offices know exactly what type of insurance they do and don't take. LAZY!

9/27 These have to be the laziest doctors office. I'm omw up there now because Danielle is not taking care of business. She is the accounting of that office. Mind you I went to this office in March. My issues are still not resolved with this practice. Next I will report this to the state medical board because there is no way this office should still be in business.
