Truly a 3rd world country clinic. The office is in complete disorder, the staff is depressive and unresponsive to say the least. Every exam room is cluttered with old documents and dusty equipment. Furniture is literally stacked in front of each other with cardboard boxes stacked on top. Expect to spend 5+ hours here even with an appointment. The doctor will spend most of your visit discussing how to get the most amount of visits out of you. Btw they make it so that your prescription only lasts a week, and every refill requires an office visit. Total exploitation of people in pain.

This doctor does not come in until after 1pm but many of his patients wait in office after they have signed in at 10am. He takes hours and hours to treat a patient, not thinking of patients time. It is not uncommon to wait 8 - 15 hours in this office. I was there once until after 2am the next day. My time is too valuable and there are many better, respectful doctors that will see you quickly and give you the respect you deserve. This office is a joke. Go to a real pain mangement doctor that will see you and treat you quickly.

Hi my name is Kevin I've been going the LA pain clinic since 1999 and out of curiosity I read the last review from Casey E first I want to to tell you thank you for your service casey I broke my neck I was paralyzed from my shoulders down I am ambulatory quadriplegic they told me I would never walk again I do walk with a serious limp I was 18 and I experienced a serious back pain and neck pain I had been taking opiate medication for many years and I found out that you build a tolerance to it and it stops working however I have been using non-narcotic medications and all the recommended shots and treatments from the LA pain clinic if it wasn't for this doctor I could not even walk I trust him 100% with my heart and soul I am so grateful and appreciative to him as long as you get in the door by 6 o'clock he won't leave until all his patients have been seen tell me how many doctors do that I strongly urge anybody that wishes to live without opiates to give the LA pain clinic a real chance thank you la pain clinic and staff just for your info I live in Northern California and I drive to La every 3 to 5 months that's how often I need the shots in between office visit I only take non-narcotic medication again thank you la pain clinic

I unfortunately had to walk out of this Drs Office today. The Dr was very nice an had good bedside manners but when he recommended a brace and calcium for degenerative disc disease and bulging discs i had to leave. After hurting my back and neck in the military in 2005 I have been attendin UCLA pain management. Recently I was transferred to a new young Dr i do not care for so I google around and the earlies appointment I could find was at L.A Pain.

I fuess there is a reason why you can get a next day appointment, he pushed anti-inflammatory meds and more useless injections, sorry Dr but ive been dealing with my condition for 10 years and motrin and a back brace will do nothing, not to mention the danger of stopping a medication someone has been taking dor years without weaning them off of it. I will be requesting my co-pay back.
