My mom was turned away because she was 5 minutes late to her appointment and all because there was no parking. She waited 3 months for this appointment and arrived 25 minutes before to find parking and just barely made it. And then turned away for a 5 minute late check in and now has to wait another 3 months to see her doctor that just ignores her anyway. This place has always been terrific but it near her house so she prefers this location. Buyer beware and customer service is not a thing here. Good luck

Got my booster shot today at 4.20pm at Chapcare FairOaks location. My friend had also called earlier to schedule his booster shot. He was told to come as a walk-in at the same time. On arrival, he was informed that Chapcare Management had directed the staff not to accept any walk-ins even though they had vaccines in stock. It clearly seemed that the staff was in a hurry to close and leave the premises.

The chairs were removed from the waiting area immediately after I got the shot so I wasn't able to sit for being observed as per protocol. I was asked to leave within five minutes. Unpleasant experience!

Pharmacy states 8 30 AM is their opening time. Workers didn't show up until after 8 30 AM. They didn't open until after 8 30 as well. Then they didn't even have my order!

Wednesday I called ChapCare because I had been having crying spells for about maybe 2 weeks. I started feeling really depressed. So this day something had to be done. The anxiety and stress mixed with I guess depression was almost unbearable. ChapCare representative took my name and number and told me someone will call you back TOMORROW at 3:45 pm.

I was so disgusted and set back. I ended up at a Urgent care facility across the street from USC. Those people talked to me and asked me what was my symptoms. AndPrescribed me some medication and told me to follow up. But Chaps didn't have a phone number for me to call didn't have any sympathy or empathy for me they just told me they're gonna call me tomorrow and hung up. Then today they called me and said the doctor that was supposed to call you today has canceled.

CHAP is a really good overall clinic for comprehensive health care. I have had excellent care from the doctors in clinic. A few of the out of clinic specialists CHAP recommended were so so, but no huge disasters. Just check out the doctor's they refer. Look them up on the internet. CHAP does take Medical patients, so the wait times can be long to get in, because of high patient loads. Be on time for your appointments, there is NO grace period, if you are late a "walk in" will take your place, and you go on the walk in list too.

Lazy, try and get you out as fast as possible, don't know why they keep sending me here, I've been having abdominal pain for over a year and they just keep saying its diet. I've changed my diet and here I am back for the same thing and they don't answer their phone. When it's lunch time every one leave at once so if you so happen to come around that time your screwed.

First of all, if you speak English to them, they are nice at you, if you talk to them in Spanish they are sooo rude! I don't understand why if most of them are Hispanics, maybe, (they feel more US citizens than native-american?)pff!, really? they discriminate their own race! unbelievable! but the worst employee is the lady at the window in the second floor, why is she still working there? everybody complains about her attitude! This clinic should kick her out! there's many people out there looking for a job!

Service was prompt. All staff were caring and professional. The Del Mar clinic should serve as a model for efficiency.
