I have visited this hospital before over 5 years ago and it has been okay. My current visit today was great. From admission the young lady at the front was very nice, the nurse that did my triage was also very king and compassionate. I barely waited and the X-ray tech was waiting for ME before my triage was even done. Everyone was very kind but ESPECIALLY KASSIE the nurse that put a splint on my fracture.
She was gentle and her bedside manner was great. It was an overall great experience and the friendliness of all of the staff was a breath of fresh air. I waited a few days to have my fracture seen because I was dreading going to "chino ER" but this visit has made a change in how I felt about coming here. Hoping not to need to come in again soon but I won't hesitate again if I have to come here for treatment.

Honestly the worst emergency room ever. If you have an emergency you will find yourself waitings hours for help. They never have enough beds, Drs, of staff to attend you. Might as well just cut all funding at this point and give those resources to other hospitals. Or just start over at this point. No hate to staff because they are just working with what they got.

Came in for left arm pain and got to spend the week there. The staff is awesome they listen to your concerns. they are short staffed due to covid but I still feel like I got the best care. I was covid positive but over my symptoms so I was put in the covid area where I had my own room isolated. Nurses in that wing were great and really nice, they kept me updated on everything going on and tried to get to my room fast enough when I needed them for small things like a ivy leak.
They made sure I had my meds on time and I was comfortable. cardiologist made me feel really comfortable with everything and when I went to get my angiogram the cath lab itself was GREAT they made me feel really comfortable when I was nervous and took great care of me. I gave it for stars because the dietary wasnt very good when it came to allergies as I have many allergies wheat, egg, milk, seafood they did seem to be very educated on allergies because i was given cottage cheese and Italian dressing that contains milk. the first 2 days I want even fed and the first meal they gave me was a scoop of hashbrowns. So maybe if they could handle multiple allergies a bit better and have more options for those with multiple allergies it would be nice. overall great hospital.

My husband went in for Omicron Pneumonia and I didn't think he was gonna make it because we were genuinely scared to even take him to the hospital because "they kill people" best decision we made was to take him to Chino Valley they now have more experience due to covid studies they've done for 2 years now so I appreciate this hospital saving his life and giving us the gift of being able to bring him home he's on oxygen at home and we are forever grateful!
Please if you or a loved one is struggling to breathe GO TO A DOCTOR IF THEY CATCH IT ON TIME YOU WILL JUST GET SENT HOME QITH MEDICATION! Also invest in having an at home oxymetter it's a finger clamp that checks your oxygen levels! If your oxygen is under 90 you need to go to emergencies! Everyone needs to have awareness on covid! God bless all the nurses and Dr.s stay safe out there I believe strongly in natural immunity but when you feel something feels wrong get checked! It will save a life!

Please go read Yelp reviews for a more detailed review! This place is horrible! Do not come here! Take the extra 5-10 mile drive to Pomona Valley. Or anywhere for that matter! Brought my disabled, non verbal uncle here to be admitted for a UTI and iv fluids per his primary dr orders. He was tested for Covid and had a chest XRay done. And was NEGATIVE for Covid. Two days after admission he was transferred to isolation because he was "Covid positive " My uncle walked into this place on 12/14 and left in a body bag on 12/26!

I came in to ER due to kidney stones. I visited again day after. Took a while before I was admitted. Staff was friendly. but when it came to billing it was a nightmare. I cleared the balance in May 2021, then kept getting billed many months after visit. This visit was back in May 2021, and i got one today, it's December 2021. Think it's time to upgrade your billing system.

I've been to this ER twice in one week and both times the staff was incredibly kind and the doctors are very knowledgeable and patient. The first time there wasn't a wait. The second time there was a wait time, but it's rare to go to an ER and not have a wait time. If you want to go to an ER where they will take their time with you and make sure you're okay, this is the hospital.
