If I can put one star I would. The front desk the old lady was extremely rude my appointment was early in the morning and it's to early to be having such a bad day! She had a terrible attitude and was not polite or nice at all just extremely rude the only reason I went here because my doctor told me to. But nevertheless I change doctors and everything definitely not satisfied with this care horrible place don't come here!

The doctor is respectful and explains everything. However the front office staff is rude. No one greets you when you come in. The lady always seems to have some type of attitude when you arrive. They tell you to arrive early to fill out papers but doesnt have the paper ready for you. The appointment then becomes late. This is my second time going to this location that my insurance sent me too. If I didnt have to go I wouldn't.

Wait forever. My appointment is 8:15 and I ask if I need to write any forms when I arrived. They said if they need, they will let me know. I wait for 2 hours, after that, they said I was late. At 10:30 am, they said there still have 2-3 people before, they don't know how long do we need to wait. It's horrible.

This place is so HORRIBLE! I've been waiting for hours now why give an appointment If they are gonna get everyone ahead of you and not take you in when you have an appointment, and the doctors are the worse

Worst place ever. My appointment is at 1:30 pm; they keep calling me to make sure I can arrive 15mins earlier than the appointment time. And now it's 4:40pm I'm still waiting in the waiting room. The appointment system is a joke.

This place is just the worse thing ever. Every appointment is a hassle. Even when they don't have people they take hours to see you. The echo doctor is very professional and nice. But the rest seem like they just dont wanna be there. Makes no sense if you don't like your job get another one. They all seem so irritated. Appointments aren't even appointments here.

I don't understand why even make one if they can't keep up. One of the tech who did my ultrasound was in such a bad mood I had to say something. She changed her whole attitude. Just unbelievable they have to treat pregnant women this way. we really expect to enjoy our pregnancy and they don't help with that one bit.

We did wait a very long time to get seen by the Dr. but overall great experience. The Dr. was very patient with us since we had a lot of questions about our high risk pregnancy.

The wait time is not too long its same as every clinic about 30-40 min wait. All the staff is very nice polite and welcoming. The dr is really nice and answers all your question and is very detailed loved the experience there and everyone made sure i was comfortable the whole time.

Worst place in the world. I've been waiting for 3 hours. My appointment was 1:30pm and when I left there it was 4:30pm. They did not respect patients' feeling either. If you want to do prenatal test in a good mood. Never visit this place!

STAY AWAY.This place was a nightmare! My appt. was at 11:15a.m. for an ultrasound. I got called in after 1:30p.m. The office was really busy and the ultrasound tech Gloria was very unprofessional. I've had many ultrasounds but not one like the one I experience with her. She was hurting me, she was pushing the ultrasound transducer so hard into my stomach that it was just uncomfortable and unbearable.

I told her it felt uncomfortable and she was hurting me. She apologized and kept repeating what I had told her about her hurting me, I felt almost like in a "sarcastic" way. There really is no need to press the ultrasound transducer that hard for any kind of ultrasound. I was very dissappointed in this place! The wait time was HORRIBLE. The staff seem to be overworked, not a good experience. After 4:30 pm they don't answer their phones. I've called for more than 10 times in the last 30 minutes and nobody answeres but their recording says they close at 5pm.
