The office isn't much to look at, but the staff and the doctor himself are excellent. They are a busy bunch but still treat you kindly, and Dr. Porcelli is a very through and knowledgeable physician. I have a very complicated health situation that requires unusual treatment parameters, especially given my age, but he took on the challenge with a smile.
I can truthfully say that his treatment plan literally saved my life. On the personal level, the doctor has his quirks, like any other human, and some people might not like his personality, but that is all a matter of personal preference. As a doctor he is quite good, which is why his small office is VERY busy. (I happen to get along with him pretty well, but I wanted to address some of the criticisms I've seen and heard from others.)

Worst person ever behind a desk. I hope the Doctor reads this. I have been calling since Sept 1 to schedule an appointment, I should have known something wasn't right when she answered the phone with "Hello". I asked if this was Dr Porcelli's office. She said yes. I Said I need to schedule an appointment, she said she couldn't and the office manager would call me back. THAT NEVER HAPPENED.
I even went down to the office to schedule an appointment and the girl said she couldn't and someone would call me. Twenty days later and still no appointment. To the girl with long black hair - I think you need another job where you can just stand around. Maybe sign twirler? And if you are not doing anything maybe clean the waiting room. It looks untouched since 1977.

What a horrible place. Called to make and appointment for my mom and I was told you have to call back since I don't have access to the scheduling. I was blown away by the response. Seriously would not recommend this doctors office at all. Made me feel like they just want your money and they don't care about your health. Horrible customer service person sounded like she has a chip on her shoulder and was picked on when she was a kid.
