Website is unusable. Constantly spams me with surveys that aren't accessible on my user page. As a result, their customer service line is backed up and you have to wait on hold or get called back hours later.

Called this place to request important information and all I got were rude unprofessional employees who could not get me the NPI number for the referring provider of a patient we got and they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about when I called. I got hung up on twice and attitude from tony who is the "manager" or atleast one of them and then hung up on by the phone receptionist. I'm making this review as a healthcare provider because the experience I had today should not have been one we got.

I have to tell you guys- do not work with these people for Seafarer's Certs or PEMEs. Your point of contact, Kristine Stevenson, is impossible to work with. Extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and unhelpful. This has been a truly horrific experience dealing with her and, therefore, the company, and I regret having initiated contact. There has been horrendous communication, a total void of empathy, and unusually informal communication for business matters.

I voiced concerns from the beginning, out of fear of things not being competed correctly, and I now have to completely redo all the medicals (money and time that I'll never get back). If she had paid closer attention and been patient in the beginning and throughout the process, I could have sorted this all out from the beginning and avoided these issues.

I highly suggest, going forward, you have training from Human Resources on appropriate behavior towards customers, proper forms of verbal communication in the workplace, and hire additional help for the department Kristine Stevenson is in. I hope someone reads this and heeds the warning- do not work with this company.

I have to review my review because I thought this was a fake spam company who somehow got my info! Well I couldnt change my review through my phone so one year later here I am fixing. They are a company used to background check and drug test I think? I dont know but it was a smooth process with them. Thanks!

I had to deal with workcare for work. They repeatedly sent my paper work to the wrong e-mail and did not even bother to follow up. I called multiple times and it kept going into voicemail and they did not call back, which is have records and e-mail to prove it. Worst customer service.
