Cholecystectomy is a surgical removal of the gallbladder, a small organ located under the liver. The gallbladder is responsible for collecting and releasing bile, a fluid that is used in the digestion of food and produced by the liver. A cholecystectomy is usually performed when the gallbladder is not functioning normally or if gallstones are present, causing distress to the patient.

All the staffs are very kind and friendly. when i made an appointment, one of receptionist really helped me. She sent me all the paper works by mail before appointment so that i dont need to wait for a long time at the first appointment. Finally i couldn't receive it until the appointment date but i feel appreciated her to try to help me. thank you all the staffs.

This review is specifically for Dr. Grace Jeon, one of the physicians who works out of this office. I can't really say anything about Anaheim Surgical per se, but the fact that they have Dr. Jeon as one of their surgical staff is a major good thing! Dr. Jeon performed hernia surgery on me back in 2014 in LA. Her care of me, and thoughtful choice of procedure for my individual case, made me a forever fan.
I am a senior who is very active in things like yoga, Pilates, jogging, etc, and she took all that into account when she chose a tailored procedure for me. Thanks to her, I have continued to enjoy those activities and more, and from all indications, will continue to do so for a long while! She is absolutely one of the best, hands down! Dr. Jeon is one of those surgeons who personalizes care and sees her patients as individuals.
I had not talked to her since that surgery in 2014. I discovered that she had moved to Anaheim Surgical Assoc, and I reached out to her by phone for advice on another matter. She not only remembered me very well, but took the time to chat with me and offered assistance on my line of inquiry. Finding a specialty physician who offers more care than just the medical expertise (and Dr. Jeon has that in spades as is notable in her medical education/background) is often a nerve-racking pursuit.
I'm so glad I found her, and hope to pass the word on to any who might be needing the excellent, individual care she offers. Thank you Dr. Jeon! I'm so glad a simple set of circumstances led me to seek you out again!
