I don't have anything good to say about the emergency room staff I had the worst experience in the ER the front desk is rude a lady in specific I didn't get her name we would ask her a question and she would continue to talk to her co-worker until it irritated her to answer the question. I'm pregnant and the restroom was in use when I asked if I can use a different one the way she let other people use on the floor but she insisted for me to wait. She didn't care about treating anyone with good service and the nurses don't allow you to go back with your loved one not even your spouse.
