I recently went to San Leandro Surgery Center for an endoscopy procedure and it's actually my first time ever needing IV sedation/undergoing a procedure like this. So with it being my first time and not knowing what to expect I was pretty nervous. However, throughout my entire visit, I felt so cared for and comfortable. I really really appreciate how as I went through each step from registration to check in to preparing for the procedure -- each person that I interacted with was always thorough in explaining and answering any questions that I may have.
The way that they cared for me really reassured any fears/nervousness that I had. From their warm greetings to their professionalism -- I'd say that this staff is one of the most amazing ones I've met and would really recommend this facility.
