Just Awful! The first time I visited it took me 10 min to just talk to the receptionist and let them know that I have an appointment. The second time I went to pick up my glasses they were understaffed, and I ended up just picking up my glasses without fitting and adjustment. I've also been billed for a service I never requested.

I show up there based on their hours of operation on google stating 8am-5pm. I arrive at 4:30pm and am told that optical closed at 4pm and that they are actually opened from 8am-4pm. I decide to take time from my lunch at work the next day and go at 12:30pm. When I arrive there I am informed that optical takes their lunch from 12pm-1:30pm. Not sure why they did not think that would be relevant information to provide on the first time I wasted my time going there. Horrible customer service. Don't go there.
