I came to this practice due to the way my previous practice did their billing. They accepted me in and picked up where other practice left off. I really like that there is a lot of in-house medical procedures. Especially when doctor wants blood sample it's right in their office. No need to make other appointments to delay process of receiving medical attention. All the staff I've had the pleasure of dealing with have been pleasant.

This practice and all the doctors are amazing! They take the time to listen and they really care about getting the right answers for their patients. They have even noticed things that were completely unrelated to my visit and took the time to figure out those issues as well without another appointment and without me realizing something else was wrong. I have had fantastic experiences with every doctor I've had here. I would highly recommend this practice

Avoid Dr. Amy Campbell at all costs as this practice. I went in with a few very specific issues and she dismissed all of it saying "sorry not sure what to say". I asked for 2 different in-depth blood panels to be done to rule out issues and she "didn't see the need". She went on to incorrectly review my family history - dismissing me as low risk when that was far from true.
At the end of my appointment she tried getting me to rebook another appointment stating she ran out of time and all i needed was a simple prescription that she ultimately wrote before running out of the room. It's very clear that she cares more about reaching her daily appointment quota than genuinely caring for her patients. Beware!

I have been a patient with Hampton Family Practice for 20 + years. I love my previous and current doctor. My problem is with the staff. I went in for a Shingles vaccination and was told by the person that gave me the vaccine to go back after a specific number of weeks to get the second vaccination. Within this time I talked to several staff members.
I even called to make an appointment to make sure that I was able to get in on that particular day because I was taking off of work to do so. When I went back I sat in the lobby for an hour before I was called to only be told by MaKayla that I couldn't get the vaccination because it was too early. I had to wait another week. Of course I was upset because I had waited for an hour and I was told to come back again the following week.
Plus I took off work to just sit in a waiting area. Makayla said that she would have the office manager Rosemary Thurston to call me. It has been about a month and she has not called nor returned my calls. I am totally surprised of the poor customer service and communication. Eventually I received my second vaccination after I had to take off of work for the second time.
The office manager is supposed to set the example for the office but Rosemary is definitely a poor example for such a decent doctor's office. I just wanted to make sure that I did receive the correct vaccine because I was told conflicting information by the staff members that I spoke to. Maybe not only the staff need training but so does their office manager.
I was very disappointed. First time in over 20+ years. I am giving a low rating not because of the doctors but because of the poor customer service from Rosemary Thurston and being misinformed by the staff.

Hi! We have been going here for almost four years (I'm a military spouse, we move enough as it is- I try to keep it to one doctor per location, which is why we have stuck it out this long.) 1. I have been overcharged 100's of dollars and my insurance never works through this office bc invalid entry. 2. Rude workers in office and financial 3. They overlooked my sons severe asthma for almost a year, some of them without children fail to empathize with parents and their needs or knowledge of their child. Hamilton has been the best as she is knowledgeable and understanding. Though she is hardly in the office. Disappointed in this facility. I have given them plenty of opportunities. If your in the area and looking, look harder than us. Save yourself the time and trouble.

I have been coming to this practice for years and truly appreciate the staff, especially Dr Sperry. My only complaint is the entryway doors are not handicap compliant. I was there today and seen a woman struggling to get her aging mother in a wheelchair into the door. This is definitely a problem and needs to be improved. Again, I love this place and would give it a five star except for the issue I have described.

Dr. Sperry and Marie Taylor ( who i met with today on an emergency visit) are wonderful. They are attentive, caring, etc. My only issue is with two of the front desk staff. One of them has been very cold and rude to me each time I come and acts as if I was bothering her. The other one was rude to me on an occasion where I needed some paperwork completed and they kept telling me it would be ready on a different day which was frustrating.
When I asked her if my paperwork was done, her response was " well if you didn't get a phone call, it's not done". extremely snappy. which was not warranted being that my tone was never elevated with her. I know how customers/patients can be and I am not a patient/customer that causes trouble. Just think there is some room for improvement with those two employees. All other staff have been pleasant.

Very accommodating, always friendly, patient and helpful. I have been seeing Amy Campbell and her team for several years always 5 Star treatment. Dr Campbell and team listen carefully to all concerns and do all they can to provide great solutions for each concern. The whole staff is always friendly and puts forth their best effort to help in every aspect. Being able to do labs in their office definitely another added plus.
