It's not my fault you got randomware'd, but it's also not my fault that the owner's decided not to pay the hacker off so you could send scripts and access my records. So no idea why the terrible admin people feel inclined to be rude to me whenever I call and act like it's some huge imposition that I need service from my PCP's office. Just the worst, wish I could leave -5 stars.

Absolutely loved Dr. Gurecki and that is the only reason I stayed with this office. Gurecki helped me get my dog as an ESA and tried to help me start medication for my major depressive disorder as well as major anxiety. I had to move away but recently moved back. I had to wait a month to even see him wich I understand with COVID, everything is backed up however I dont understand how an office's system can be down for 3 days straight and unable to reschedule an appointment.

I also do not understand how I am a new patient when they can pull up my records to see I was previously with Gurecki and even another doctor who violated my privacy my last visit. I will be looking for another doctor being that it now seems impossible to even make an appointment. Being someone who has self harm issues and suicidal thoughts which is why I was trying to get medication sorted, waiting possibly another month could end up in me doing harm to myself. Extremely disappointed.

Been going here for 15+years and I really feel the quality of treatment, service and patient attention is above industry par. Your not rushed during the appointment, your questions are answered in a kind manner. Yes, you may wait a little bit but this is because they are giving the patient ahead of you top notch care, the same care you will receive when its your turn. They are not rude and I have never had an off putting experience in all my years. The Dr's and PRNS are very good at what they do.

This was my first time coming to this office. i made my appointment 3 weeks in advance, they called me the day before and made sure i was coming to my appointment, i said yes. i have a voicemail stating the appointment was at the specified time. When i got to my appointment at the time given to me, they claimed i was suppose to be there 30 minutes earlier! lied and said i was told this information and i absolutely was not. if they told me 30 minutes earlier i would have been there at that time. told me i had to be rescheduled, i was so upset and she just told me her next available appointment was 3 WEEKS AFTER. so now i have to wait 3 more weeks to see a doctor. it was completely wrong and she also lied. there were people in the lobby so i didn't want to make a scene i just left but i was so baffled at this place.

I started going to Dr. Robeson many years ago and have referred MANY new patients to his office. Unfortunately, the incompetence and attitude of his office staff make it completely unbearable. They are rude, lazy and I spent several days every month just trying to get someone to do their job properly. I would definitely NOT recommend wasting your time or effort going to Oyster Point Family Practice and I will be talking to all the people I reffered here to change doctor's office.

The doctor's office itself is OK but every single month I have to fight tooth and nail to try to get a refill on my prescription prescription. Finally after a week of calling them somehow the nurse got the order and sent it to the wrong pharmacy. Again. This is not the 1st time that the prescription has been sent to the wrong pharmacy.

Dr. Robeson is not just a consummate professional, he's also an amazing human being. He is definitely the reason I keep going back here. If not for the rude, snippy staff members that work for him, this rating would definitely be five stars.

My initial visit was for paperwork that the nurse did not have the capabilities to be printed after being told it would be no problem. Was told it would get handled that day and it is now a week later and no one has followed up they did not complete the information necessary for my appointment and no one ever called this is the worse experience I've ever had with a doctor I would never recommend them to anyone

I love them. They treat me like family. My NP Sandra is AMAZING. She has done nothing but help me gain control of my medical needs. I will stay with Sandra and this practice as long as I can. They even call to check on me. Sandra hand writes letters to her patients during certain circumstances. I went to the ER and urgent care a few times and she hand wrote letters to me. Checking on me. That is the kind manor we truly all deserve. Don't hesitate to make an appointment here. I wish I could give infinity stars.

I had been to 3 different doctors since February, trying to figure out what was wrong with me. All 3 brushed me off w different minor diagnoses after running the same expensive tests as the ones before. I was over being treated poorly and not receiving adequate medical attention. I came here saw Sandra a NP. What a difference! We still don't know the exact issue but she listened to everything I said, was kind, asked questions, and ordered APPROPRIATE tests to help narrow down the issue.

She also assured me we would figure it out.and had compassion. My daughter was also seen for a physical. They were great with her as well. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I highly recommend this office. The front desk ladies were lovely as well
